I needed a van as was opening a small business but had absolutely no clue about what to buy or what would suit me. I just knew it needed to be white! Ethan showed me a couple one Saturday morning and then I had a 1 more to view at a different garage. He was so informed about what would fit with me - picking one with built in satnav was really important to me when I actually thought about it. He made me feel no pressure whatsoever. There was no “if you put deposit down today” etc. When I did look at the other garage I was totally left just to myself - had to ask someone who had to ask someone else and then again about taking for a test drive. When I mentioned that I was looking at another van elsewhere they started dropping price and offered to re-MOT to 12 months - which was just standard at Vanarama, as were renewed tyres and 6 months warranty where they would only offer 3. This experience left me trusting Vanarama much more and realising just how professional and transparent they were in comparison to others. Buying the van was well facilitated with Ethan and Georgia helping me with paperwork and fitting my timescales for collection - not theirs. Would wholeheartedly recommend Vanarama/Birmingham Van Centre to anyone and will use again when I come to renew the vehicle.
