Went to Glen fern Garage for my MoT last week. First time I have been there, but it won't be the last. These guys are friendly. professional and very helpful. During MoT a fault was found with one of my headlights which was fixed straight away at a very reasonable cost. I will certainly use them again in the future. Only downside is that they cannot do the valet due to lockdown, but EVERYTHING else good.

Booked an MOT at Glen Fern Garage via Groupon. The deal was supposed to include a air-con check and mini valet. I booked the MOT on the phone and they fitted me in @ 1000 the next day. On turning up at 1000 the next day it hadn't been booked in. The chap who seemed to be the boss was rude and abrupt. The mechanic who came over was polite and helpful. Air-con wasn't checked (out of principle this was annoying) and I was told the valet couldn't be done as it was closed and couldn't be booked. Failed the MOT but retest was free (the rude owner said it would be £20 but again the mechanic dealt with me in the end). Personally, it was a mediocre service only mad palatable by the mechanic and the lack of valet appears to be a money making scam. Would not recommend due to the negatives

Never used the sales but the cleaning/valeting service I have returned to for years and years. Good staff and good prices. Seem very honest. Bonus Tip: the best breakfast in bournemouth (Norwegian Wood) is only 5 doors down - I almost always stop in while the car is being cleaned. For me this is an ideal combo!

Mot man excellent. Although we failed they did work same day and we drove home with a mot. Excellent service at good rates

I was truly impressed with this garage, was really pleased with the service and will definitely be using again, will be recommend to friends and family.
