L. S.Jeff, Ben and James are the people to talk to - bought an Passat and was excellent. Sorted an issue I had with rear brake light under warranty for me aswell. 10/10 would recommend
R. S.Car was purchased straight off forecourt. Good and courteous service. Preparation could have been better. Disappointingly the vehicle required all new brake discs/pads, front caliper (which was seized) and two new tyres to make it safe. Turbo was not working and other mechanical issues were discovered upon close inspection.

L.seen a c30 advertised on autotrader and it was exactly the spec i was looking for. only thing worrying me was the fact i’m up scotland and the cars down bristol but i phoned anyway as i knew how much i wanted it and been looking for quite some time for that exact car. i was speaking to jeff who was very nice and polite etc. arranged a time to go down as obviously i had to get a flight down and put a deposit down on the car after i had seen a live video as i couldn’t go view it. went down seen the car noticed a few stone chips and curbed alloys but i wasn’t worried considering the car was on a 61 plate and had done 140k went into the dealership took the car a test drive and i was very pleased with it apart from the valeting it had silicone dressing absolutey everywhere and everything felt horrible to touch 😂 got back and done all the paperwork which took about 3 hours due to my fault and also the systems fault. jeff was very patient and could have a laugh with etc. i seen the other salesmen but i don’t think i’d have enough trust in them so i’m very happy i got jeff and couldn’t recommend him anymore considering i’d never bought from a dealership before! drove home about 350 miles and car never missed a beat and was definitely a good test. about a month in still never had any issues with the car!
