Bought a Peugeot 508 from this dealer, ( the car was slightly pricey, but it was an immaculate version and not a scratch on it with very low mileage) so worth the price. The salesman was relaxed, friendly and not pushy at all, he just let me and my partner wander around and make our decision. Once a decision had been made he was very helpful with all the paperwork etc. Can certainly recommend to anyone who would like to buy a car.

Absolutely FIRST CLASS service. My partner and myself were in the market for a 7-seater people carrier. So we called to enquire about the VW Touran. The listing was very informative and I was instantly impressed with Carls professionalism on the telephone. I felt comfortable in making an appointment as soon as possible and on the Friday we duly travelled to Bristol. We were instantly met with a gleaming Touran on the forecourt and it was as described in the listing. ‘Exceptional condition’. Max and the team were warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The deal was straightforward and a fair price in todays market. The only issue was the ‘SD’-card for the sat nav needed replacing which they said they would send in the post as they had already ordered it. Being a 2010 model it unfortunately didn’t have a Bluetooth capability to link music media from our phones. - no problem! Carl then very kindly took his Bluetooth device from his own car and donated it to us free of charge! And if that wasn’t enough on Monday one of their salesman was in the Plymouth area delivering a car when they took the liberty of dropping off the sat-nav card to my partners door. Having experienced many car dealerships over the past years, I can honestly say that Autochoice Bristol is the best I've encountered. I dealt with Max on the phone and in the showroom, and Matt in the workshop. They have really gone out of their way to make me feel appreciated and valued as a customer. (also; mini-eggs in the showroom, win) After an extensive chat with Max, I got the train for three hours to view a brilliant car that ticked all my boxes. Max even picked me up from the train station (heated seat pre-warmed!) to view the car. There were no hidden surprises or "oh yeah it's got this massive issue we didn't put on the ad" scenarios that are so common. The car was exactly what had been advertised, with a tome of previous history and paperwork. On several occasions that day Max had even reached out to the previous service garage to fact check and answer my endless questions about the cars past. Unfortunately, earlier that day, whilst the team prepared the car for my visit, it developed a steering module fault. The team jumped into action; After Matt investigated and diagnosed the problem and we decided a way forward: 1) I was given a hire car with a full tank to get me home that evening. 2) Matt ordered the steering module on quick delivery to install in the car. 3) Matt also noticed an issue with the tailgate that he investigated and fixed. 4) The team delivered the car to my home address two days later and allowed me to comprehensively test drive the car and if I was not happy with it, would be given a full refund. I have never experienced a dealership and workshop that is happy to go the extra mile like this, to make sure the cars they sell are bombproof. If you are looking for a well looked after car, and a dealer who will 'put right' what is fair to fix, look no further.

This is the 2nd car I have bought from auto choice in just over a year. Both times we had Karl as our sales man. He is friendly and knowledgeable which is reassuring during this process. We never felt any pressure in the process and the the time management shown on the weekend was top notch. He had multiple customers waiting with lots of questions Had to work with Jack in finance, he make the transaction as smooth as possible. I gave him a monthly figure (obvs lower than I wanted to spend, thinking it would be higher) I was delighted when he came back with finance options 40% lower than my budget. Both cars I had to deal with Jeff (General manager) and Matt (garage) for minor issues. One car had the wrong sd card for sat nav other had a small issue with the battery. Both resolved asap. I travelled from Norfolk to purchase a Subaru Forester. Despite being 8 years old, the car was immaculately presented. I had no problem getting a test drive. When I got home, the drivers side window motor developed a problem. I assumed that I would have to pay to have this put right, as electrics don't seem to be covered in the warranty, but after a quick call to Matt in after sales service, he arranged for a motor to be sent to a local garage to be fixed.

Tradex Vehicle Purchased. Frank was extremely helpful, gave me the keys to look around the car and left me to it. I never felt pressured to buy. The test drive was unaccompanied, once again no pressure. Frank was forthright with the answers to my questions and also offered up further detail without question. For the price I got a bargain, although there are a few scratches here and there. If you want perfect, you will pay a lot more. Would definitely recommend that he is worth a visit. I brought a car from here 18 months ago, very happy with the service. There were a few little problems with the car that i didn’t even know about, but was told and it was arranged to be fixed. I took out a full warranty cover with no pressure from them. This was the first time I have ever taken a cover out on a car. August 2015 bank holiday the servo went on my car and I had to get AA to take it to Auto Choice on the Sunday, I was told no one could look at it until Tuesday. I rang up on the Tuesday and told them I was driving to Birmingham on Thursday to fly to New York. The mechanic said there was no chance as they have got to order the part and fit it. I asked him to try his best as it was important. They did it and I got it back 4pm Wednesday in time to go on holiday. Brilliant service thanks to Auto Choice we got to Birmingham p.s I will be back in two years for an Audi A5 or S5 see you then cheers

Having read the reviews that have been posted about this company,it seems that customers are just turning up for a test drive WITHOUT sorting the deal out first,this is a professional garage doing a professional job,the reason for sorting the deal out first is that if a deal is not to be struck,the car doesn't go out.using the garage insurance, getting dirty,and using fuel unnecessarily. Garages are not FAIRGROUND attractions for people to test drive cars with no intention of buying. Serious customers don't mind getting to the nitty gritty so everyone knows where they stand! I have written this as i own a Garage and people should realise that test drives are for genuine customers with intent to buy,not people who just fancy going for a "SPIN"
