Chris was extremely helpful with finding me the perfect van for my business, nothing was too much hassle! He went above and beyond to get the van ready to take away that week and made the whole process extremely easy and even took my car as part exchange to help me out! Highly recommend and will be returning if I need to exchange or get a new van in the future!

I felt confident that I was in good hands from the off. The cars have been carefully chosen by Chris the owner and all of his stock is top quality and comes with a genuine guarantee. Chris is proud of his quality and rightly so. He spent a good deal of extra cash on the BMW I bought from him to ensure it was up to his standard and the car looked brand new when I collected it...I know, a car dealer who sacrifices a bit of profit for customer satisfaction! A rare quality indeed! His prices are very reasonable too. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Chris and if you're lucky enough to have stumbled on this review look no further. If he hasn't got what you want then just give him the specs and a bit of time and he will find a great quality example for you. A hassle free and pleasurable experience and I would highly recommend!

Chris & his team are fantastic, very helpful & genuine nice guys. Even helped me with the after purchase paperwork. From first phone call to after-sales service, everything was five star. The car purchased is in wonderful condition for its age (independently verified by another garage). I fancied a car that Chris had for sale. I read his Autotrader reviews and all seemed Ship Shape & Bristol Fashion. I rang Chris, met him, test drove the car, loved it and bought the car. I'm a fussy thing and though the car looked almost new, despite being 6 years old, I tested Chris' after-market patience as I had an issue with the car and boy did he deliver a top notch attitude. The issue was cleared up for me, the car was sorted out and re-cleaned ready for me to re-collect. I can see that he does do what he said he does - Chris buys in an already good vehicle, makes sure it's spick & span, backs up the warranty and provides an amazing customer service. We recently bought a lovely astra from chris, the car was exactly as described if not better!. A week after purchase the car had a sensor fault that could not have been pre-empt, chris had the car back in the workshop the next day (I called at 18:30) we had it back at 12 noon! No quibble. Such a brilliant salesman. Will be our first port of call for our next purchase.

I found a car through autotrader and it was sold by Cars and Vans for you. There's always that uncertainty when buying a used car, but Chris made the whole process stress-free. I rang on the sunday night and I was test-driving the car by monday morning. He had no problem with me asking my mechanic to check over the car and assess its condition. When a few issues were discovered, Chris went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect with the car before I drove it off the lot. Chris also got the car its MOT, helped me tax the car and had it fully cleaned. I've only owned the car for a few days, but I've done a fairly long motorway drive and no suprises as of yet - the car seems in great condition. The whole buying process was smooth, and genuinely friendly too. Some mechanics give the trade a bad name, but I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris and Cars and Vans for you. If your experience was anything like mine, you won't be disappointed. 10/10
