So happy with the service from Hannah Moore from start to finish & the receptionist I’m sure her name is Sophie, very helpful throughout my experience purchasing my new vehicle from car base Bristol, if you’re looking for a new car I’d highly recommend Hannah, very professional & polite and help with every query I had regarding the process she’s a great asset to the company and deserves recognition for all her hard work any problem I had she felt with in a calm & professional manner, once again if highly recommend her for all your car needs. We found the vehicle we wanted straight away. The wait time to see somebody was abit long but they were busy and short on the ground and it was late in the afternoon,so understood. When we came to arranging finance and picking up the vehicle, no faults what so ever. Troy was extremely friendly and helpful and explained everything fully.
