In all honesty..... best experience I've ever had buying a car. I set out to purchase a Mk5 Mondeo which I found one at Clarus Motorpark Bristol. I won't lie up to now I've never had great experiences buying cars fron dealers in Bristol. Despite its name which sounds like a big car sales warehouse it's a nice simple yard with a selection of maybe 15 cars. A test drive and viewing was arranged and the following day I arrived and was greeted by Tom. With no messing around Tom showed me the car pointed out the bad points (just a couple of minor scratches) handed me the keys and away I went. At no point was he pushy or trying to fill me with sales talk rubbish he just left me to view and examine the car. Once I decided it was the car for me we sat down worked everything out which included a full service and a new MOT. Off I went a happy chappy eagerly waiting for the phone call to say she was ready for collection 😎 That day come a whole 3 days earlier then I originally expected 😍 I arrived Tom got straight on the case putting the car in my name and taxing it handed me the keys and off I went. Grinning like a Cheshire cat. When I got home I come across a small bodywork issue but nothing serious contacted Tom and it wasn't a problem he was straight on the case getting it sorted. I will certainly be returning for my next car. So if your looking for a car and don't want to deal with pushy breathing down your neck car supermarket sales people and a place you can feel confident in their aftersales service then 100% give Clarus Motorpark Bristol a try.

Came in April spoke to Ashley about purchasing a Ford Focus brilliant guy very polite really helpful gave the car a service and a new mot just under three. Months later problem with the car customer service off clarus is not good don’t ring when they say they will all we want to know is if it’s going to fixed and is it still a in warranty as felt brilliant garage will come back to get another car in the future but now having doubts as feel they’ve took our money that’s it they don’t want to know which really is a shame as Ashley really made us feel welcome and at ease buying a car of them

I bought a car from Tom and was incredibly happy with the service I received. He was very professional throughout, even when he cut himself slightly when looking under the bonnet. He started to lightly bleed, but after composing himself he found a plaster and continued in his professional manner. I know his Mother very well, but this review is completely un biased.

I have been to a few dealers trying to get the right car for me and they all overlooked my needs. Then I found Clarus and went to see Jake. I explained exactly what I needed and he found the right car for me. He listened to me and understood what I was looking for. The other dealers were more interested in there profits but not Clarus. I wasn’t pushed into a purchase and was given plenty of time to consider my commitments. Jake was a very helpful chap and helped me complete all the paperwork through to the taxing online.
