There was obviously a delay from the ordering of my new Mini until delivery but I was always kept up to date with any changes and any questions I asked were answered swiftly. I am fully looking forward to a few years with my new car but would not hesitate to go back to Mini and Harriet in particular for my next purchase.

She was so quick at responding to my emails, even when I changed my mind a million times, nothing was too much for her and she absolutely made sure all my questions were answered. I felt completely comfortable with Harriet which is rare as a female purchasing a vehicle, at least in my experience! Harriet even took the time to sit in the car with me after purchase and talk me through every single setting, even pairing my phone to the car! If you're looking for someone to make you feel completely at ease and not silly for asking silly questions, I definitely recommend you ask for Harriet :) also my mini is absolutely beautiful and completely spotless!

J.Couldn't speak more highly of the service I received from Michael Gill of the Mini Bristol branch. I got immediate details of the car, a very fast valuation of my own and a personal video of vehicle.
Being a car enthusiast runs in my family, I've searched for 6 months for the perfect deal for my second car, I'd already been in contact with 5 garages post lock-down easing off. I was prepared to travel to get my dream car after all I live in Sunderland. Lock-down did bring complications however, I did want to go down to see the car, then utilize their delivery service but this wasn't possible. Mike went above and beyond meeting me half-way on a Sunday. Most of the documents were signed digitally and the whole process was a breeze.
The service I received was outstanding. Really friendly relaxed atmosphere from the start and a very positive hassle-free experience. I was a little weary of travelling to see another car after one I drove 2.5 hours for was a huge disappointment. Mike saw to this by scrupulously going over the vehicle and sending images of what little imperfections the car had. All of the images had comparisons to a pen tip for reference this really gave me confidence that the travel was worth it and that the car was in beautiful condition.
We met up half-way and swapped cars (I was part-exchanging). Once again this was a quick and easy process the documents took 2 minutes to sign. We spent more time talking about the new MINI Cooper electric in all honesty. Mike is one of those people who truly love their job and it was a great experience.
I'm now the very proud owner a MINI Clubman S Exclusive. This has been one of the easiest decisions I've ever made and the first month with my car has been the best!

The process was made as easy as possible, and they provided lots of honest and detailed information, which helped me to make a decision to travel across the country to view and buy the car (even though I have another MINI dealership literally across the road from me).

Great communication before my appointment and very good covid restrictions, information on which was via a quick video, so i knew what to expect on arrival. Personal service with named member of staff, who welcomed me and kept me updated of work being carried out as well as information via text and even a live video link from service technician to see areas areas of car being checked.
Overall an excellent service, and not as expensive as one might expect from a main dealership, very competitive.

I came in thinking I would be looking at a Mini that's a few years old with my budget, but Tom (Storkey) found me a year old mini that hadn't had any owners and about 3k miles. I couldn't believe it! We took it out for a test drive and talked numbers etc and sealed the deal within 2 hours of my being there. Tom was super professional and really kind and friendly, put me right at ease. L. H.My Mum purchase a car from Dick Lovett MINI Bristol and I have to say it was one of the most positive experiences she has had. The customer service was second to none from the moment she sent an enquiry via Facebook.
Mum wanted a new car and she saw the 48 hour test drive and went for it! Like any offer we assumed that it would end in a hard sales push - but it was far from it. It really was about letting Mum experience the car and quite frankly the MINI sold itself.
The buying process was great and they helped mhm understand all of her payment options! Yes she may have been able to pick up a car a bit cheaper elsewhere but it’s not always about price. The understood my Mum was older and was looking for her last new car purchase. Nothing was to much trouble and they made her feel very special.
She pops back for a free wash and vac when she’s passing and her new MINI has also been back for a free health check and to check the tyre tread.
On behalf of Mum I cannot recommend this dealership enough. They really provided a superior service compared to what you assume a car dealership will be!
