SEAT Dealership. A rare combination of modern facilities and services, with an old fashioned attitude to customer service and satisfaction. Friendly and polite attitude with sensible prices. Update - having left the area, by 220 miles, I now have to use a different SEAT dealer (I won't name) which is unfortunately well below the standards set by Holders. Back in the area on holiday we had a problem relating to the wheelchair conversion on our SEAT, called in to Holders hoping they were not too busy. Well busy they were but not too busy to help out a customer in a spot of bother, so we got the same usual high standard of service they have provided before with efficiency and a smile. What a wonderful way they do business.

I first purchased a car from Holders in 1972 and although since then I have been elsewhere my son has bought two cars from them and I have just gone back to them in recent years having just completed buying another vehicle. Seat Alhambra in for 3 year service and MOT. All the work was carried out on-time and on budget. I booked this on line using the Seat booking system which also gives you 1 years Seat UK/European breakdown assistance as a bonus. Now that the car is 3 years old I have taken out a new 2 year All-In service plan which was recommended to me by Holders. This plan includes 2 services, 2 MOTs, 2 year's Roadside Assistance, and 2 year's Warranty, saving some £780. Holders, thank you again for your excellent, professional service.

The service at Holders is always second to none. What I love about Holders is that they treat you like a friend and talk you through everything and answer any questions you have without being pushy or chasing a sale like many other dealers I've dealt with in the past. Last weekend I exchanged my beloved Ibiza for a new Arona and the process was so simple and nothing was too much hassle for the team at Holders. Today I picked up our used Seat car from Holders of Congresbury, the service we received from James the salesman was excellent. His knowledge of the seat range was second to none as he answered our questions, where James couldn't answer our questions he was truthful telling me he would come back to us with the answer. Later that day he phoned and sent an email true to his word. My wife and I both own Seats and have for the last five years with this being the fourth. Cannot rate them highly enough purchased a seat Ibiza off them a while ago and they couldn't have done enough for us. M.O.Ted and serviced it and picked it up at the end of the week. Rang me a few days later to make sure everything was ok and that we where happy. 10/10 would recommend!

Staff were fine & service was completed within the expected time frame so that was great. However, largely due to Covid I'm sure but I had a 3 hour wait with no refreshments - but an offer of something would have been nice. My biggest gripe however, I cleaned my car an hour prior to dropping it off at the dealership and it was looking excellent, when I arrived no one mentioned cleaning the car at the dealership or I would have declined such a service...Unfortunately, they did. When it came to collecting my car from across the car park I could see water spots & it had clearly been "washed" by someone with a dirty bucket and zero interest, as it still had fingerprints from the mechanics & it was covered in water/soap spots & generally looking awful - to the extent once I arrived home (about 8pm) that night I had to clean it again. I was left wondering just how, why? would someone clean a car that looked pristine it should have at the very least warranted someone asking me if I wanted it washed. I had a similar (but worse) experience at the Bristol Seat dealership last year, however in this instance they asked if I wanted a wash/vac and I said No - but they did it anyway, and the car looked like it had gone for a swim in the ganges, which what caused me to travel to Congresbury this year. Update: Thanks to google reviews, someone at Holders saw my above complaint and contacted me the following day apologizing & generally making good on it, I believe this was a mistake and have updated my review accordingly & given the choice of Bristol/Congresbury, I'll goto Congresbury.

Only visited for MOT. Bought my Leon new from Holders. All my servicing done here. Jenny / Diane on Service desk always so friendly / helpful. Would recommend people to use them (even if your car is not a Seat. Very switched on with Covid requirements. Safe waiting area if you need to wait.

Took my car in yesterday for it's first service. The service department had already pre-printed the recall, and then kindly offered to look at other faults that my car seemed to have. They performed a software / battery reset in order to help to resolve the issues. I must say, that the Service team - Anthony and all - were fantastic. Having purchased the car and been dealing with Chippenham Motor Company - I was sceptical. CMC were absolutely horrific, abusive, rude, dismissive, accused me of lying about a fault (even though I recorded it), lied to me about team members being in (when I could see them), refused to fix my car, refused to contact me about my car, and gave me non-Seat related hire cars (even when I was booked in one!). As a result, I wasn't sure whether my faith in Seat dealerships could be resolved. Holders were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, prompt and eager to help me. I would not hesitate in bringing my car back to them again, because of their fantastic support and customer service. Other dealerships should go here and have training - this is how you treat customers. Thank you Holders, for restoring my faith in Seat and being just wonderful! Have a merry Christmas! :)

Arrived at this site by accident, but was then amazed at the two reviews left here. I wonder if we are talking about the same dealership? I have been taking my cars (several of them) to Holders for eight or nine years, and I would never consider going anywhere else. All the staff are honest, helpful, courteous and cheerful. Beyond helpful, actually. Nothing is too much trouble, everything is explained, coffee is provided, wi-fi is free, you can watch your MOT just in case you can't quite believe that a car dealership is really that good. Holders is the only dealership I have returned to and trusted in all my car owning years (which are many). Holders look after all our cars, not just the SEATs. I get a reminder for my MOT, and, because I ask, for everything else I need to remember. The repairs/service/ MOT or whatever is always carried out on the day and time I specify, and in the time they advise. I can always get a courtesy car, a lift home or to the local garden centre (free cup of tea!) while I wait. Brilliant. The staff make Holders what it is. From the girls on reception (who are just wonderful, accommodating, long-suffering and endlessly chirpy) to the managers and workshop technicians (nothing is too much trouble, no explanation avoided) - and including the sales team - from whom we just bought yet another SEAT. I'm not normally so fulsome - but I just really wanted to add my review to those already here. My experience of Holders is not of one or two visits but (probably) closer to a hundred. I have never been disappointed, never felt ripped off or ignored, never felt anything other than a valued (and indulged) customer. Over the years I have tested every element of Holders service and patience, and they have never let me down - and I recommend them to anyone who will listen.

The only shop in the Bristol area to have stock available without a pre-order. The wonderful staff got us out of a sticky situation when our fridge freezer broke last Thursday. Yes, we really did need a replacement fridge freezer the same day ro avoid food spoiling! Excellent helpful service, well priced goods and the phone was answered by a person, no hanging around pressing buttons. More people should use old established shops like this instead of the faceless big companies and keep our local businesses in business, and the high street alive.
