We were on holiday in England (from The Netherlands) when our Toyota Auris gave a message that there was a problem with the cooling of the hybrid battery. We rang late in the afternoon and they immediately made time the next morning for us. Everybody was very friendly and the professional mechanic fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Very happy with the excellent service.

Having attended another Toyota dealership in Bristol we were sadly disappointed with the service from a great name.
But Motorline is truely different! We met with the Motorbility Team this Saturday morning and had a great experience on a test drive. Back into the dealership we were able to review mpg data from our test drive... 48.9 mpg impressive and 60% electric.
An hour later we were the proud owners of NEW Rav4!!!

Marcus in the parts department was one of the most helpful and understanding people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
My needs, when I came to pick up a part, were very specific due to some medical issues I have been having and he was extremely understanding and helpful and devised a plan to make sure that I could arrive and pick up the part safely without any concerns from my health. He made sure that I was comfortable and felt safe and was flexible and understanding when my plans had to change. From the outset he was very clear about my options for purchasing the part and was very understanding about the reasons why I wanted to buy it. He even helped me to understand some considerations that I had not thought of so that I could be absolutely certain buying this part was the right move for me. He was very helpful in my decision in buying it and because of his excellent customer service skills I decided to go with his quote even though it ended up being slightly more expensive than some other places. In the last 20 years I have had many dealings with different car dealerships and garages, having owned six different cars I’ve never had anybody be so understanding of my personal circumstances and willing to adjust their way of working to suit my needs. Marcus is a credit to the profession and anybody lucky enough to come across him should rest assured they’re in good hands.

Bought my new Yaris Cross from Toyota. I was dealt with by Ethan who was very professional and patient with me and didn’t pressure me into anything which I appreciate. Car was delivered last week, everything went smoothly and paperwork was done very quickly. I had a MOT booked here and was told a 2 hour wait which was perfectly fine, when called to tell me my car was ready for collection I made my way back to the dealership, waited 10 minutes standing at the desk with Toyota employees walking past me not asking why I was stood there, I took a seat to wait another 20 minutes, still Toyota employees/salesmen walking past not even a care in the world why I was sat there, 2-3 lady’s on phone behind a glass panel just sat watching me not being attended to.
Garage work was done to a high standard also quickly and efficiently, inside was a shambles no one front of house to deal with customers as they arrive through the door.
Was told on the phone prior to my MOT that i could benefit by upgrading my car which I was keen to speak to someone but like I said above completely ignored so will take my next upgrade to a company that actually acknowledge I’m in the building.

I lost the locking wheel nut key for my alloy wheels. I contacted Motorline Toyota Bristol south to source a replacement. They asked me to bring my car in to see what they could do.
Marcus assisted in identifying the key I required. He was instantly able to identify the exact key just by looking at one of the locking nuts! He was even kind enough to help me take off the wheel I needed to replace.
Without going into specifics, I had questions about a long standing issue with my car. I’ve spoken to other mechanics in the past, but they haven’t been able to help me. He was incredibly knowledgable and knew precisely what the issue was and suggested what part I required.
Marcus was attentive, knowledgable, friendly and incredibly helpful. Thank you for your help mate! Much appreciated!

I have a natural aversion to "salesman" but Aaron breaks the mould. He was honest, personable, interested without being overbearing and (most important of all) was not pushy.
As soon as I smoke out a pushy salesman the deal is always lost and Aaron judged his pitches perfectly and recognised when I was saying yes, and when I wasn't interested.
But that's not all, in addition to being a good sales person Aaron has also gone above and beyond. First he was prepared to stay late to help me take custody of the car at short notice. Then he had the presence of mind to check my old car before it was scrapped and retrieved some parking permits that I would have got in to trouble for losing and finally has offered to drop those permits round at my house - what a legend!!

....So I have been a fan of Toyota for a while and in the past owner of two Toyota Celica GT4s on different occasions. Having sold them I missed the roar power. I had some time away from Toyota but decided to return and made a visit to the Toyota Bristol South team, recently. Having thought for a while I decided it was time to upgrade existing vehicle to Toyota GT86 Pro. A car worth waiting for! Was a little disappointed there were no GT86 Pros Orange Editions available. Although GT4 had some real power, think the GT86 pro is a good balance.
I was welcomed by Alex Ridge and his colleagues and I think apart from issues in communication with insurance team (away from dealership) more or less from start to finish - the service and customer care was awesome. Alex did what was needed to ensure I got the right deal and provided reassurance where I had some initial concerns. Feels nice to get back into a Toyota!
Otherwise only other thing was there were no bouquet of flowers with the car and no full tank of fuel! Awesome team and top service from end to end. Thanks Alex. If I decide to sell/ part exchange in future I know where to go.

Service @ Bristol South - I've had my car about 6mts and it was due a service. Received a text asking me to arrange it and called back to book. Very polite gentleman on the phone booked all the arrangements and sent a text confirming the details. Went today to have the service. Greeted by Bex who was also very polite and booking/checking in was very smooth. I popped across the road to get some breakfast, it was around 8am) and was offered coffee when I returned to the showroom. Comfortable waiting area with BBC on a large screen TV in the waiting area, with the volume at an acceptable level. Offered further refreshments while I waited. Bex kept me informed of the progress when I returned and let me know when if was finished and getting washed. When it was all finished she went through the paperwork with me. All in all a very satisfactory visit. I was on my way home by about 9:30am
My only negative and this is only because I have a deaf son who also has a Toyota on a service plan at the location is that it would be nice to have the subtitles on the TV for clients with hearing impairment (but maybe this is done on request?)

Booked a test drive of the C-HR hybrid. Reception on arrival was a bit disorganised, staff did not have my booking details, so had to hang around while they made test drive arrangements. I wasn't asked to be seated (no offer of coffee), just standing in showroom while staff carried out licence checks. This is my second Toyota Prius purchased at Bristol South. On this occasion the contact was Pasha and I must congratulate him on the excellent, friendly and professional manner in which he has guided us through the whole transaction. Thank you Pasha - a definite 5*'s for you. As to the vehicle. My previous vehicle was a dream. Over 80k miles of faultless, comfortable, stress free, economical motoring across the whole of the British road system. Never any need for the vehicle to go into the workshop for anything but regular servicing and a couple of recalls. All the service and reception staff have treated me with courtesy and very welcome cups of coffee and biscuits. I've always chosen to have service and MOT while I wait (an advantage of retirement) and my only gripe is the lack of a quality newspaper. I highly recommend this dealership and when this vehicle needs replacing I will definitely be looking for another Prius - maybe, by then, a fully electrical model provided it has a useable range.

I purchased a Plugin Prius almost a year ago and I was meant to write a review ages ago but forgot! I was shopping around for a Prius and made some offers via the Toyota used cars site. My local garage got back to me but they were priced a bit higher. I am based in London, Bristol is over 2 hours away but it was worth the trip with the family.
The dealership is on the main road, don't miss the entrance as I did as it is a little misleading, had to turn around and come back.
The dealership accepted my offer, got a few hundred off from what I recall, they also added a Toyota boot liner which was not in the car. It wasn't the original but fitted reasonably, required some cutting which I have not done yet.
I had the kids with me, they enjoyed some drinks and biscuits whilst watching come cartoons in the kids area - nice.
I dealt with Ian, he was friendly and answered the few questions I had. I knew I wanted the car and had already left a deposit. I took it for a test drive up and down the main road, everything was fine.
The car was fine but took it for a service at my local dealer 2 months ago and had to get all of the read brake pads and discs changed as they were really low, only did under 2k miles but I noticed the difference. I put it down to not being used to Prius brakes.
The experience was good and I highly recommend Motorline Bristol South - worth the trek from London. Bristol is a lovely place for a day out - and they have car parks with EV charging!

I had reason to visit Toyota Bristol South at Bristol on Wednesday 6 March '19 concerning what I was expecting to me a major problem. I have been trying to help an elderly friend to resolve a problem with a damaged wheel on her Toyota Yaris causing it to be immobile. Unfortunately she has mislaid the locknut key. I was attended to by Marcus (didn't get his surname but I believe he is in the parts department. After explaining the problem Marcus was able to offer a couple of alternatives as a solution.
He was extremely courteous, professional, straight talking and offered the best and safest solution to the problem.
The service I received from this gentleman is something of a rarity these days and I would consider Marcus to be a credit to the company.
