Took my work van in to have some recall work done and to see if a few minor faults could be checked out before the five-year warranty expired at the end of the month. They were able to get me booked in within a matter of days and offered a courtesy vehicle if I wanted it. On the Big Day, I was met and greeted by name in the car park and ushered into an empty space. I thought I was down the road at Bentley! Utterly superb and professional from start to finish. Friendly, normal and personable people who were genuinely interested and happy to help. It's no secret that Lexus lead the way in aftersales - from my experience today they deliver the same outstanding service to scruffy plumbers in five year-old vans.

We didn't wait long before being seen and the salesman, Jexton Williams was very helpful. My wife went out for a test drive and after deciding that the Aygo was the car she wanted Jexton spent time with us looking at various used Aygos available. In the end we chose one from the Bristol South Garage, but that wasn't a problem and Jexton collected it later in the week for us. This was the 1st car my wife had purchased and the whole experience was very pleasant.

I have manufatural recall for my 2004 Toyota Avensis. Motorline did a great job beyond my expectation. My car was made as new again. Repair was free and ready within 2 hours of waiting. I will highly recommend this company.

Myself and my husband stopped at this Toyota garage not to buy a car but to ask for directions to the hospital. We live in Birmingham and my husband is under going treatment for cancer, we had no idea of where we were and how to get to the hospital. Ella not only gave us clear directions on how to get there she also printed out a easy to follow map and gave us a bottle of water each as we had been driving for over an hour. She even wrote her name and number on a card for us to call her if we got lost. I did call to thank her on the weekend but unfortunately she was not there so I am writing this review instead. Just traded in my third Prius for a fourth - could be a clue that I am very happy with this particular hybrid vehicle and the after-sales service that is provided by Motorline Toyota! The sale was transacted by Damien who was refreshingly pleasant to deal with. There was no pressure or rush to complete the sale. Damien was patient, helpful and much more knowledgeable about the vehicle than other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. The transaction was carried out smoothly. Damien helped with connect our iPhones to the new Prius and went through all of the controls and technology without being patronising or impatient. Great service - I will be along in a few years for my fifth Prius (hope Damien will still be there).

If asked, I'd probably say I buy Toyota because of their reliability and my Yaris is the latest in a line stretching back 33 years. Imagine the surprise, disappointment and a level of exasperation that drained all the strength from my hands when, six months out of my five years warranty, the sat-nav and media console developed serious problems. I arranged to take the vehicle in where the ever-lovely Brenda listened to the description of the faults and took me to the workshops to meet Neil Chappell. She assured me that if it could be repaired then Neil was the man to do it. When I picked up my car everything was back to normal. Neil had traced the failures to an out of date software package and to get me back on the road had had to upgrade my unit. Brenda insisted that I'd been inconvenienced enough and gave me a particularly generous discount on the bill which has already been donated to my St Peter's Hospice fund in Neil and Brenda's names. I'm already well out of warranty and nowhere near as reliable as a Toyota but I'll do my best to get another 33 years with them as you obviously get so much more with Toyota. Thank you to everybody at Motorline Toyota Bristol North.

Just over a month ago I was shopping for a new car, something I find a challenge and not greatly enjoyable. I guess I am not your typical car buyer. I would also like to praise both Chloe Bull and James Olds for their help in re-balancing what had been, at times a patchy and frustrating experience. I am thoroughly enjoying the new car and hadn't realised what Id been missing after driving cars upwards of ten years old.

Had my service and MOT at the recently relocated Marshall Toyota Cribbs Causeway today. Was greeted immediately at the car park and directed to the reception. The new place was spacious and airy, with plenty of seats in the waiting area. Brenda, the lady whom I saw every year was still there for a friendly welcome. Had the usual complementary coffee. In addition, a lady named Grace gave me an adorable Issho mascot toy for free when I enquired about it (usually only comes with purchase of a new car), which was a lovely surprise! It was a waiting appointment and took just over four hours, as it was a full service. I was kept informed by Brenda when the service was finished before they moved onto the MOT. Luckily I passed the MOT and I was sent a short health check video at the end. On the whole it was a great experience, this was my car's 10th year's service with Toyota. Thank you Brenda, Grace, and the rest of the team!

Dropping the car off for the annual service was like getting blood from a stone. I found out that there was a complimentary pick up and drop off service after having to drive to them and get a lift back to my house which was very inconvenient. Later that day I had to get a lift back to the service centre and there was a member of staff rolling cigarettes on the front desk. The full service was £290 and it was essentially a quick look over and oil change. The experience definitely did not make me feel like it was good value for money.

I contacted Motorline in Bristol North about a vehicle they had for sale(Yaris GRMN), Unfortunately I live over 3 1/2 hours drive from the dealership as the car wasn't available to source locally. Having purchased cars elsewhere in the past and having not been enthralled by the service I was very impressed by the manner of Motorline both the reception and by Jexton. Jexton was in the process of seeing if he could get the car to my local Motorline to test and buy which in itself is very impressive customer service. Although the purchase didn't proceed due to my own circumstances I would have been very confident in Motorline's ability to supply me a nice car and Jexton to arrange it all without fuss. Thank You.

I booked my daughters Aygo in for investigation regarding an intermittent fault regarding its starting. Toyota had the car for the day but suggested that they keep it over night just to make sure that it was fine starting from cold. Whilst the car was with them they carried out a number of tasks & upgrades. When I returned with my daughter to collect the car the technician who carried out the work on my daughters car took the trouble to come out to the front desk to personally hand over the key & inform us of exactly what had been done to the car during its stay. I really cannot complain about any part of our experience with Toyota North Bristol.. I can see exactly why my brother & his wife will buy nothing other than Toyotas!!!.
