I found this company purely by chance.... I was looking for somewhere to deep clean my soft top and restore my headlights on a newly acquired Mercedes Clk. I couldn't be happier with the service and the results Jon managed with my car. While he had the car, he also decomtaminated the cars paint work. I couldn't believe the results when I went to pick the car up. The roof was a huge amount better than it was, headlights were like new, and I honestly didn't know my silver paintwork could look so vibrant and shiny! Jon is a great guy.... Hugely knowledgable of his trade, takes pride in his work, and explains all the processes and results which is great. And the price? .... Well I would say very good and worth every penny. I am so glad I have found this business, and I would have no hesitation in taking my car to Jon again to work his magic. Thank you for your amazing work!

I had a flood in my car which needed to be suctioned out, having had the leak already fixed. Jon was really helpful, explaining everything fully. He fitted me in promptly and charged a very reasonable price. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly. He had to take my car apart in order to remove the water, dry it out quickly and put it all back together again, which he did with extreme care. My car carpets were cleaned too! Had the interior of my car cleaned as a dog had been sick in it. Jon did a fantastic job. He took my seats out and fully exposed the handbreak getting into every nook my car had. It was well worth the money. A very thorough job. He also put air in my tyres to make sure I was safe which was very kind. My car has never looked this clean. Jon sent me pictures throughout and kept me informed. As well as choosing to do what needed to be done and being honest so I didn’t get charged for extras I didn’t need. Thanks so much Jon.

Jon took our 19 year old BMW Z4 and breathed new life into it. We bought the car the previous year and we’re only planning on keeping it a year. Have a bit of fun in it when the sun came out, trips to the coast, that type of thing. But then Jon got his hands on it and as a result we no longer want to get rid of it. It came up so shiny and new looking that we have decided to keep it longer. My wife can’t believe the soft top roof is the same one, it’s that good. When we get to the stage where we are thinking of getting rid of the BMW, we will take it to Jon to do his magic again,so we can fall in love with it all over again.

I purchased a second hand car with a really strong cigarette smell and foolishly made it worse by trying to treat it with a Halfords odour bomb. Masterclass were able to give the car a super thorough deep-clean, removing all sorts of horrible stuff from the car's interior (dirt, bits of food, hair, kids toys, all sorts of unwanted grot) that the garage failed to clean and getting the car to a near spotless condition inside. I was surprised at how much grime was left in the car from the previous owners and felt much happier in the vehicle after Masterclass gave it a proper, thorough deep clean. Masterclass were great to work with, very good with communication and updates, sent loads of images to show progress and did a great job of being honest from the start about what they could/couldn't do and with pricing. The service wasn't cheap but was great value for the amount of work that went into it. The original odour issue is pretty much sorted and I feel much much better in the vehicle now following the work. I'll be budgeting to do the same deep clean next time I buy a car - it's made me love the new vehicle much more knowing that it's clean, mostly odour free and not full of the previous owners dirt!!

I don’t usually post reviews of services received, however I feel I must in this instance, for all the right reasons. Jon has been a delight to deal with, right from initial enquiry regarding my three year old BMW i3 which I purchased only a few weeks ago, through the work being booked in and carried out and final collection of the completed vehicle. A very pleasant gentleman who is extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. From the outset, Jon considered the budget which I had and was able to make the best use of that, even slightly changing exactly what was done to my vehicle mid-job so I ended up with a first-rate finish in all areas. Jon was able to take my vehicle whose paintwork had basically been trashed by a previous owner / dealer and bring it back up to a point where you would never know it had been mis-treated in the past (you would be hard pushed to spot any swirling marks on the i3 now, even in direct sunlight (I haven’t spotted any yet!)). I generally have very high expectations when it comes to things like this, and I can happily say Jon has exceeded those expectations. I will most definitely be using Jon’s services again in the future and cannot recommend him more highly. The picture here already shows a massive difference Jon was able to make. On the left is the before. On the right is how it was looking before Jon had even finished, so you can just imagine how fantastic it looks following completion of the work. In case you’re wondering as well, this was not Jon’s top level service where money was no object. With a larger budget, one can only imagine how amazing my i3 would now look. #VeryHappyBMWi3Owner #VeryHappyCustomer :)

I contacted Jon as I was having a problem with mould that had spread around the seats of our family car after accidentally leaving some open drinks inside while it went unused the past year, and because the interior was in general need of a deep clean after the general abuse of our young children for a number of years. Jon was friendly and professional throughout, providing great advice along the way. Despite the car being over 14 years old, the interior now looks immaculate from top to bottom and as good as the day we bought it!

I had a real problem with my MX5. Water was getting in front and back resulting in a mould problem and the fusing of electrics requiring a compete rewire. The local garage who did the rewire couldn't find the leaks. I brought the car to Jon who went over the car in detail. He WAS able to find the culprits, a damaged seal in the boot and another perished seal under the windscreen. He also put right a dodgy seal job done by someone else. He then cleaned the interior, the roof (covered in algae) and polished the headlights. My 11 year old MX5 now looks the business again. I have my car back! Jon kept me fully informed during the work sending photos through and asking before going ahead with any work. He gave detailed and frank advice based on his experience which proved to be very good. I'm very pleased with he job that Jon did and will be back to him again as and when needed. Highly Recommended.

I bought a used ford galaxy which was great mechanically and from the outside, but the interior was grim and not fit for transporting my family. The dealer had not attempted to lift 5 years of accumulated grime left by the previous owners. Mould was getting well established on underside of seats, sun vizors and down hard-to-reach bases of windows. Returning and gaining a refund was proving difficult so I decided to make the best effort to revive the interior with professional help. Jon requested photos to scope the scale of the job beforehand. On arrival we talked about the areas I most wanted to address in the time we had. And then Jon went to work for two solid days and transformed the galaxy's interior. Seats came out. Door cards came off, equipment I didn't know existed was deployed. Thanks to Jon for helping to turn this situation around, all the family now love travelling in the galaxy. His approach is sensitive and well considered, plus happily fielded questions from my son about the supercars he has worked on! Highly recommended.

Firstly, the job was applied with extreme care and professionality, and the result was amazing; Jon will be happy to explain you in detail what's every phase he goes through, and he will deliver the car together with a comprehensive guide on how to take care of the coating afterwards. Excellent in every way. Great attention to detail. It was Jon’s first Tesla Model 3 and when I collected the car it looked magnificent. If you would like your car cleaned and detailed back to dealer finish then this is the guy for you. Jon is very particular about the quality of finish and may need the car for a day but it is well worth the time as his skills are second to none. Having cleaned our fleet for many years ourselves and then resorting to the hand car washes around Newbury we were then introduced to Jon who transformed our vehicles finish within a day or two. Could not recommend enough as he is so careful with our cars and always returns them looking so good. 10/10

I took our 10 year old Espace to Jon. It’s fair to say that after 10 years of family use (with only the odd interior clean) the car was in a sorry state! Jon literally took the interior apart so he could clean every crevice and fold. The results were genuinely excellent. Even though our car is 13 years old, I was keen to have the interior of the car deep cleaned as we were expecting a baby and I knew that the previous owner had had dogs. I thought that there was minimal dog hair in the car but the photos that Jon showed me demonstrated otherwise. Jon is exceptionally thorough and meticulous in his work - if there is dirt or debris in the vehicle, he will find and eliminate it (in places that I did not even realise could be accessed)! Also as part of the clean, Jon steamed the leather seats and the results were remarkable - the leather was a completely different colour to that which we started with. I was extremely pleased with the results and I felt that Jon's work was very good value for money. Jon has a very comprehensive knowledge and passion for cars and I get the impression that whatever car he works on, he does the very best job possible. He also went the extra mile for me - I had various questions about how I could improve and maintain the general look of the car and Jon very helpfully answered these (for example, where to find the paint code within the car so that I could touch up the multiple scratches on the exterior).

So I have just treated myself to a 3 year old car and had heard about ceramic coating. Thus I investigated into it for my new pride and joy. Was it worth it, what was the cost, the benefits and who could I trust? I found Exquiste car car website. It was easy reading, factual and friendly so I rang. How glad I did and spoke to Jon the owner. His company, his knowledge, experience and calm professional non pushy approach, attitude, interest, complete enthusiasm and fundamental honesty in answering all my questions, all my concerns reassured me he and his work I could trust and wanted to safely polish, to shine, seal and protect. Jon shared my excitement and was able to undertake the transformation within a timescale agreeable to us both despite him being busy. So I delivered my little car to Jon and we completed a walk round her together where he pointed out what he'd do and what else he could I hadn't dared to hope he would ! Subtle but oh so so there - detail makes the difference as did Jons eye and care wishing to make his work special and me a happy customer. I knew I had found someone she'd be safe with, she'd be enhanced way beyond the ceramic coating to come back to me looking better than new. I didn't really want to leave her but was buzzing and excited to see her back. I felt like Jon really got my dream and shared the vision so my new car and key was handed over! Jon did the full works on my Tesla P85D recently - all the paintwork, alloys, glass and interior leather and other surfaces. (He even did the rear facing camera lens so it never mists up, so always full rear visibility from the mega screen inside the car!) After a couple of years of having my car "hand washed" at various local garages, I noticed that the sheen on the black metallic paintwork of my car was getting duller and duller. Jonathan advised me this was due to the strong chemicals used in car washes. Given an afternoon to work on my car, Jonathan has managed to achieve a sheen and lustre that is considerably better than when I drove the car out of the showroom brand new! My partner's car failed its MOT due to the amount of oil on the bottom of the car. The car has had a small oil leak for the entire time we have had it, but when we take it on long drives the oil that has pooled in the tray protecting the engine sprays down the exhaust pipe. The MOT garage refused to test the emissions because of the oil on the exhaust. Having googled people to help clean the bottom of the car, which there aren't many around, Exquisite Car Care offered to help. It was wasn't a pleasant job, but it was made easier in that I helped out so it wasn't as complicated. I received fantastic service and no detail was too small. Plus, the car passed the MOT a couple of days after!
