Got my car a couple of months ago. Very professional service, left me alone to look over the car myself which is think is 100 times better than when someone stands over your shoulder. I'm always nervous about buying cars but they made me feel at ease and comfortable with my decision. Love my car would 100% recommend. Friendly and laid back yet professional service. Thank you!

Hi. I received an amazing service from Nathan at NJ Vehicle Solutions. At the time of buying the car I was very unwell. Nathan agreed to deliver the vehicle from Bristol to Cardiff at a very small cost. On top of this, some work was needed to the car, but I needed it delivered before this could be done by Nathan's team. He ordered the part required, paid for this, had it delivered to my home and paid for the work to be carried out by my local mechanic. He went above and beyond. I could not fault the service provided - very highly recommended. Plus my car is lush.

Good knowledge about the used car trade and automobiles in general. One of a few used car dealers where they don’t hassle/pounce upon you the minute you arrive. You are free to take time, wandering around their spacious site, looking at the plentiful array and variety of vehicles without feeling pressured. I bought a beautiful Smart car at a great price, and Nathan went (quite literally) out of his way to replace a radio then deliver it to me. The car is immaculately valeted, everything is tip top, 100% pleased. This little dealership puts the bigger, overpriced players to shame - they actually care and dont rip customers off!
