My wife and I bought a Ford Transit Custom L1H2 from Next Level Autos a couple of months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the van and our service from them. The van was a very good price for its mileage, in great condition, and Mo was very helpful, patient (with our multiple visits due to our indecisiveness) and knowledgable about any questions we had about the van. It was an ex NHS blood donation van that was ply lined and sprayed with a rubber coating (wipe clean). We were dubious about the amount of work involved to remove it, as we had plans to convert it into a camper. Mo very kindly called another buyer who had also bought one of these vans for conversion, we talked about the conversion and it was very reassuring to speak to someone in a similar situation. The removal of the ply/rubber lining was straight forward and we have since insulated it and put windows in. Mo offered details of local companies he knew that could do this work, but our budget was tight so opted to DIY it instead. We would very highly recommend Next Level Autos. Just purchased a cherry picker from Next Level Autos Ltd and the whole process was excellent. Great communication from Mo regarding the van before travelling 200 miles to collect it. Mo send me additional photos and provided all information. Exactly as described and in fabulous condition. Sold with MOT and LOLER and had been fully valeted inside and out like brand new. I would highly recommend next level autos to anyone who is looking for a van tailored to their needs. Mo will take out time to find out what type of van you require like mine which he was able to source with all the bits and pieces saving me money and time. I was surprised when he had shown me that all of his vans come with a full service history and are in such a great condition, and when I had taken the van the service light had come on I had only messaged mo to tell him about this and he had booked my van in my local area and had also covered all the expenses. He also offered to give me free delivery and also had provided me with one of the greatest warranty deals I have seen and I have had a few over my time. Firstly I would like to say, I was very luck to choose this garage and even luckier to come across Mo. I live in Spain and my wife and I decided to buy a minibus and convert it to a camper for our retirement. I bought the minibus and then found out I could not insure it due to my circumstances (living in Spain. moving home. Being over 3.5 ton and other things).
