Brought my first car a yellow Fiat 500 & absolutely love it, highly recommended Verdi cars. The team are lovely & so helpful!!! If you’re looking for a easy going & stress free experience buying your car these guys are definitely the best!

I don’t usually write reviews but felt that I must take the time after such a great experience with this company. I had been looking for a 2020 Audi Q5 Black Edition to upgrade my A5 Black Edition and after speaking with a couple of Audi Dealers locally I was losing faith due to their pompous attitude and lack of interest in my requirements. After searching the internet a little further away I found what I was looking for at a competitive price at Verdi Cars. From the initial contact Andrew the owner was very polite and straight forward to deal with and I felt at ease, he answered all my questions and being over 200 miles from me Andrew said he would arrange for a video walk around of the car to be sent over, he also gave me an accurate indication of part exchange price for my current Audi which was also very useful. Matthew then took over who was also very polite and professional and within a few hours I received a video of the car and a full description of the condition and specification. I had a few questions that were all answered by Matthew and I confirmed the purchase with a small deposit over the phone. When I arrived to collect the car it was immaculate and absolutely as described and actually better than I could have hoped for, a nice young man called Jude handed the car over to me as it was Matthew’s day off and arranged all of the taxing and re-ownership paperwork of the new car and my part exchange. Andrew happened to pop in, even though it was his sons birthday that day and took the time to talk to me about the car which was nice. I personally spent 23 years working within sales in main car dealerships including BMW and I am also very fussy about my cars and attention to detail, so I would thoroughly recommend this company if you are looking for a quality car at a competitive price and great customer service. I recently bought a skoda Octavia Vrs from verdi cars around 2 weeks ago. I wanted to write the review after living with the car for a couple of weeks , firstly I must say the car has been faultless as was the service you get from verdi cars . I dealt with Matt from start to end ,the while process was hassle free , no pushy sales no pressure . I drove 85 miles to see this car from them only going on photos and what Matt told me about the car and he was spot on with it. It's nice to go to a car dealer and have no pressure to make the sale it made the whole expiernce east and stress free. Would highly recommend verdi cars to anyone who asked . The service I received from Verdi cars was second to none and I highly recommend this company, I was looking to purchase a car for my sister and to do this I would need to buy it online and have it delivered which was a bit of a worry not been able to have a look at it in person but from the first call to Verdi cars and speaking with Mathew I knew I had made the right choice with Verdi cars Mathew went above and beyond to make things go smoothly sending me very detailed walk around videos and didn’t try to hide anything at all and even checking with the garage that had done the services on the car what work they had actually done, The car was delivered on time by truck from a great guy called nick and in excellent condition they had really prepared the car to an excellent standard I couldn’t fault them at all thanks again Mathew,Andrew & Nick I appreciate all your time and help with the purchase of the car for my sister she was absolutely made up with the car

I just bought a Bentley Continental GT, Matt at Verdi Cars was an absolute pleasure to work with. Honest, open, friendly, not pushy in any way, he made buying the car a relaxing experience. I was a little apprehensive at first using a private dealership, as buying a secondhand car is always a worry. Has it been in any accidents? Is there anything wrong with it? Are the dealers hiding anything etc etc but Matt and Andrew were extremely helpful And put my mind at ease through the process. I bought the car without seeing it as we were in lockdown and the dealership was in Bristol (I’m in London). It wasn’t all smooth sailing, there were a couple of issues: 1. I was told the charging cable wasn’t working on the day they were shipping the car down. However after a short conversation with Andrew we decided to buy our own cable and they refunded me the cost of this which I was extremely pleased with. 2. A couple weeks in I noticed some bad screeching from the brakes, I took it to the local garage and they pointed out the discs were corroded. I know that corrosion can happen relatively quick but I was still a little bit disappointed given how much I spent on the car however Andrew && Matt where they’re again to help. They spoke to their servicing partner and agreed that the pads and disk should not be in that state, shipped me some new discs and agreed to pay for the fitting of them. 3. Andrew & Matt highlighted some issues with the heating before I purchased the car which I could get fixed on the warranty At my convenience (Alternatively I could wait four weeks for the local dealership to complete the work, but I needed the car). A month or so later I took the car into the dealership and had some issues with them wanting to do the work, again Matt and Andrew were on hand to help with the conversations and it got done. Cars will break, things will go wrong, I expect & accept that but the Verdi team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Would happily buy my next car from them! Ryan

I was referred to Andrew by an Aston Martin main dealer (which speaks volumes as to his reputation) regarding the sale of my cherished Aston Martin V8 Vantage. The sale of any car, particularly the more exotic, can be challenging but Andrew was a gentleman who inspired confidence from the first phone contact. We agreed a price, he arrived precisely when he said he would and the deal was done. I brought a car a couple of months ago from Verdi cars and I have nothing but praise for these two gentlemen, honest upfront, let you look around as much as you want without any pushy sales, always happy to help. The after sale service is second to non, I had two tiny issues once I brought the car one was a window wiper linkage and the other a slight noise on both occasions i was asked to bring the car right back and the issues were resolved straight away, even given copies of the receipts to show the work had been carried out. Bought a BMW 330e 18 months ago and said I would leave a review, now I’ve finally gotten around to it! During the height of lockdown and covid measures, Andrew was absolutely superb to deal with and rectified several issues with the car (some of which I didn’t spot) after I had agreed to buy it. Using Verdi cars is the first time I've had a good experience buying a used car. No hard sell, really friendly guys that bent over backwards to help and offered good car advice, plus they offered the best price we could find. We went along with the intention of getting a car for my wife, problem was we didn't quite know what we wanted. Andrew and Matt were more than happy to chat through the options available, they even said they could get something specific in if we knew what we wanted (we didn't) We ended up with a Nissan Pulsar (which I'd never really heard of before) which fits the bill perfectly and my wife is thrilled and I'm thoroughly impressed. Before going to Verdi cars I'd been disillusioned with buying used cars having been to Car base and similar which had not left me with a warm feeling. Going to Verdi Cars was a breath of fresh air, such a better vibe. I will definitely be going to these guys to buy my next car. Give them a go, I doubt you'll be disappointed. I never normally write reviews for anything but really wanted to using Verdi Cars as its had been such a good experience.

We have recently purchased our first family car from Verdi cars after seeing a vehicle we were interested in on auto trader. We contacted them to enquire and received a reply promptly, the communication levels throughout were fantastic! Due to COVID restrictions we were unable to test drive the car, this was not a problem as Matthew was open and honest with us and even did a video walkthrough of the car inside and out before we settled on putting a deposit down. We collected the car today and we were not only impressed with the body polish work but also the immaculate interior and the condition of the vehicle. Matthew and the rest of the team were super friendly and helpful and the whole process was made so easy by this fantastic team. (I find buying cars very stressful) but nothing seems too much trouble for these guys and they certainly do not have the ‘pushy salesman’ attitude.
