My Polestar 2 had a problem with the network connectivity and was recommended by the manufacturer to use this Volvo dealership at Bristol. The issue was sorted out in a day and was provided with a courtesy car.
The service team (Gavin & Robert) and the front desk staff were very courteous and helpful.
And my daughter even loved the danish pastries that was provided in the refreshments area whilst we waited to be seen !

My Polestar had a problem with a seat i popped in and Kalisha the service manager had a look at it. She ordered the parts when they arrived she called to book me in with a collection and delivery back. Helen called and let me know what time she would be with me. she collected the car and delivered it back later in the day. And nice and clean as well. Excellent service thank you.

We recently purchased a used Volvo from Waylands. We never thought we would be able to afford a newer car let alone a newer Volvo. However after speaking to Jeff one of the sales representatives we were completely surprised to find one in our price range (after a negotiation on the price to help us).

What a superb experience! I visited Waylands in Bristol for Volvey's (don't judge me!) first MOT. I hadn't realised that when it was booked, my secretary hadn't asked for a specific time slot, so I was faced with the prospect of having to wait up to 10 hours! However, the gentleman I spoke with said he would have a chat with the workshop and see if my car could be brought forward. This was duly arranged and I only had to hang about for less than a couple of hours. In the meantime, I was given good quality coffee and was even assigned my own little airconditioned office to get on with my work while I waited! All staff are polite, friendly, talkative, knowledgeable and generally a pleasure to be around. They also cleaned the car inside and out as part of the service - and a fine job they did too.
They have vast stock levels with something for everyone, there is no reason why anybody would be disappointed here. Excellent in every respect and highly recommended.

Izzy was a delight, didn’t pressure for a sale, provided answers to any queries I had (there were lots) and couldn’t do enough for me in store and after.

I took my 2019 Volvo S60 into Waylands this morning to have the Polestar Optimisation upgrade. I had purchased my car new from City Motors in Bristol but they lost the Volvo franchise that Waylands won back in August. What a difference to the level of service. The staff were very pleasant and adhered to the necessary Covid protection guidelines. My colleague and I were treated to much welcome refreshments. We were informed that the work would take a few hours and I mentioned that we’d like to spend that time time at the local mall. A lovely lady called Helen informed us that she’d drive us there and pick us up in a few hours time. She was very pleasant company during the drive and very knowledgeable about Volvo cars. When we returned we again got refreshments and then had a look round the fabulous car showroom at the new range of Volvos. Very impressive. A gentleman called Chris then brought me my invoice and explained all about the Polestar Optimisation on my vehicle. Again like the other members of staff he was very polite and informative. As an additional freebie Volvo also did a safety check on my vehicle and emailed me the actual online safety check. What an exceptional service second to none. I shall definitely be using Waylands as my main dealership in future for all repairs, servicing and accessories. By the way they also washed my vehicle before returning it to me. What can I say? Great staff with great service. Highly recommended.

We have just purchased our first Volvo, a XC40 plug in hybrid, from Izzy at Waylands Volvo Bristol. The service was impeccable, Izzy answered our queries promptly over phone or email, even going the extra mile by videoing an interior for us to see, a great support in our decision making.
The showroom was comfortable and COVID safe. Tom also supported us with our Finance option, even taking the hassle away from our existing PCP vehicle.
