I recently booked my car in at Webb’s for a service,mot,brake fluid change etc. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Also the cost of the work was fully explained at the beginning. I told them I was shielding because of Covid and they were happy to collect the car in the morning and return it back at the end of the day valeted. Service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

Very good. I used to travel to a VW dealer for servicing, but their costs were getting too much. On moving to Nailsea I enquired other peoples' experience of this garage and hearing favourable responses moved here. That was a decision I don't regret. Jason Webb will always try to accommodate my requests, his charges are reasonable and both he and his technician that deals with my car are both very approachable.

Took KA in for minor repairs today and was musing with Jason about whether it could survive long enough for electric cars to come down in price, with greater range, more & faster public charging points (it wont). Lead to a really helpful discussion with Jason about options. Webbs have been looking after my car for many years and I trust their expertise and knowledge. So lots to go away and ponder on!

I've had my cars serviced with Webbs Autos for a number of years. They are always very professional and polite, the garage is always clean and I've never had reason to question any of the work they have done. In my experience garages can be very hit or miss but these guys are definitely a hit!

Only a hand car wash I know, but twice I have rung to book a car wash and twice on arrival at the Time they have given, I've been told - oh sorry too busy. Well that very poor customer service and although this was only supposed to be a car wash - it means I'd never take a car there for anything else. If you offer a car wash service then you should be able to provide it - especially is the customer has had the courtesy to phone and book one in. * Since posting this I received a call from the owner who apologised for the issue and confessed they had just had a big job come in at the time which had caused the problem, which was their issue not mine. So as an apology they kindly offered to come and collect the car and clean it and return it to me. Which they have done very promptly today. Fair play for responding so quickly and good customer service and, a clean car. I know it's only a car wash but it is the small things that mean a lot. So thank for that.
