Dropped my car off for a service and MOT. Very good experience with the booking process online/via email. Had to chase collection which resulted in phone call to reception. Car was ready, bill as expected and highlighted an issue with a wheel which was quickly and easily explained. Overall pleased with service from Winford Ford and would definitely use again. 😀

I took my car in for a software update (recall from Ford) and this was done very quickly. Though as I drove away, I found my was behaving strangely, so drove it back. The folks at WF took a look and found it was down to a setting, though I’d always had the setting on before without this issue. Took it back immediately and the guys investigated and still couldn’t find what was causing it, so were waiting on details from Ford Technical… I realised eventually that they had actually corrected a fault that had always been present on the car, hence why it was behaving differently. The guys at Winford Ford remained patient, considerate and helpful throughout this saga and despite my ignorance of the car’s functionality and I just wanted to say thank you, and I appreciate your help this morning. Apologies for taking up so much of your valuable time!!

Without doubt, this business has includes the BEST customer focused Ford Service Team in the South West. My son drove from London for his car service recently - and was seriously impressed by the service he received at all levels. I was not at all surprised, as I have been bringing our Ford cars here for servicing for years. They should be nominated for whatever Ford Dealership Car Service awards there are!

A friendly welcome on arrival. Staff were efficient and professional. Once our car was serviced we received a phone call saying it was ready for collection. We had pre-arranged a courtesy car which was clean, tidy and full of fuel. It is expected that you top up what you use, which is quite fair. There is a good selection of pre-owned vehicles too.

Been using this place for dealer servicing for last 4 years. As I live some distance away, I always arrange a courtesy car with no problem. They also include a road rescue service as part of the service as well as the usual multi point checks. What I like about this is that the dealer knows that their servicing and checks have to be meaningful or they wouldn't be able to offer the road rescue which is essentially a form of insurance. The idea is obvious - that the service is of good enough quality to get the vehicle to the next service without the need of a rescue service. This makes it a lower insurance risk hence offer of the service. Ford aren't the only ones doing this. But I have always found this dealer friendly, courteous and helpful and they don't do unnecessary work. Reliable and highly recommended.

Best Ford Garage there is 100% Trustworthy and Reliable. I have just bought my second Ford Fiesta from Winford Ford. The first was in 2011. I know the Sales Team are salespeople and it is their job to sell things to me, but what I love about Winford, very much, when compared to other cars sales places; was to be met with such warmth and care at Winford. They didn't know me, but treated me with great respect and kindness. At another garage much nearer to me, I was treated badly, but it worked out for the best because I found Winford Ford. Tim Hocking in sales was so great, that after I having my car for 3 years, I saw him in the showroom and mentioned to him, that I wanted a little more engine power. I told him what colour and features I wanted and asked him and Steve, the other sales rep to keep an eye out for me. Within 2 months, I have PX'd my first Fiesta and now have a new faster Fiesta, plus a brilliant deal from Ford. I take my cars here for services and MOT's. When I tell people, they think I am mad, because dealerships apparently charge more. I think their rates are competitive, the work is thorough. It gives me peace of mind that it is to Ford standards; and I get to see friendly faces, who are keen to know I enjoy my car. When I book my car in for a service or MOT, I find it is nice to sit and wait. There are leather chairs, where I can watch TV. WiFi is available, and there is free tea and coffee. If that doesn't keep you entertained, there's a big Spar Shop next door to browse and pass the time. Winford Ford is Highly Recommended.

I have used Winford Ford for several years. They are very good at what they do. However, I will never use them again because they show a lack of interest in anything that is not their usual thing. I needed special tyres, but they couldn't be bothered to get them for me. The lady just looked blank at me, no apology. So I had to order them online myself (it was easy enough) and get someone else to fit them. Secondly, my vehicle has had a fault for several years that causes great irritation. I have tried over and over to get WF interested, but they just won't show any interest. If it doesn't come up on their computer, then their face just goes blank. Unwilling to investigate, and no apology either for the years of annoyance this fault has caused. I always had instincts against a garage that has so many staff. Eg, the guy in charge who I need to speak walks past 6 times and ignores me, so I have to explain what I need to the receptionist who then leaves me waiting while the guy in charge comes to see me. He then gets the mechanic to go with me to look at the vehicle, so I have to explain the problem for a third time. Then what, he goes straight back to the guy in charge to tell him its like I said. Half an hour of mucking about in their smart little showroom when I'm busy and want to get on with my life. Farewell Winford Ford, you're not the place for me.
