This was a truly wonderful, bespoke and personal experience. I was a bit nerveous about buying a car, Ash was fantastic. Every step of the process was explained clearly and pleasantly. We purchased a beautiful car for my daughter, paperwork was done smoothly. As promised, I left – with the car and one over the moon daughter !! – in an hour. Amazing customer service! I bought a car from Ashley in July and the customer service was brilliant, from helping to decide on the car to offering refreshments! Four months later my gear box broke and Ashley sorted everything out for me and couldn’t be more apologetic and helpful, it was at no fault of his own yet he went the extra mile to ensure everything was fixed and to the highest standard! I couldn’t recommend him enough! He rang me most days the car was in the garage to inform me of what was going on, and got my car fixed as quickly as he could! All of the staff are friendly and helpful too, couldn’t recommend them enough! Made everything stress free and easy!

This testimonial is long overdue however I cannot express how grateful and impressed I am with Ashley and Ashley James Automotive for the fantastic service I received, when selling my car in the summer. The thought of having to sell my car myself when my PCP agreement was due had been playing on my mind for a very long time, particularly as I have very little to no experience of motor trade. After expressing my concerns with Ashley, he did not hesitate to help me and take away all of these stresses from start to finish; he kindly took the vehicle from me and carried out all of the appropriate repairs at an incredibly competitive price. What a great service, absolutley outstanding... Initially I viewed the car on there website, due to lock down I was unable to travel to view the car up close, Ashley alaid my fears and went above and beyond by providing a close up walk around video, picking out the tiny mark or defect he could see, after viewing the video I felt more at ease and made the purchase. I could not belive it, but,Ashley drove the car personally to me in Cornwall, all with the proviso that if I was not happy with the car, he would immedialty refund 100% to me and drive the car back to Wales. Well its now been 4 months since I recieved the car and its perfect, I still have the smile factor when I drive it. Therefore I can only state fully of my experiance, I had a great purchase from Ashley and his team, the guys provide an old school values, very plesant given todays world, all this from a young dynamic team, fantasic!!
