Brilliant service from the whole team at Dacia Cardiff. Heather was amazingly helpful, listened to my requirements and was able to find the exact car to match my needs. Her communication was also excellent whilst waiting for the new car to arrive: I was kept updated at every stage. The whole experience was made easy for me and at the end of it I have a car that I am tremendously happy with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heather and Dacia Cardiff to others.

This is the second occasion I have bought my new car from Dacia Cardiff. The reasons are relatively straightforward. The price and quality of the brand and its reliability. More than this it is the helpfulness and experience of the safe both pre-sales and after sales. On this last occasion I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin Brown. Who saw me through the choice of vehicle (Duster) colour, extras etc. He kept me updated on the progress whilst awaiting delivery and to end it all did all the necessary documentation for me. When I look to get my new Dacia in a couple of years, I will Bebe seeking out Kevin at Dacia Cardiff.

I have just purchased a 2021Comfort Model Duster from Renault Cardiff. The Sales Exec who dealt with me was Kevin. He handled the sale superbly. The specification meets (exceeds) my expectations. The customer service that I experienced at Dacia was second to none. No pressure selling or up selling as I've experienced at other main dealers. They kept me informed through every step of the process and couldn't do enough to help even when I was ready to drive my new car off the forecourt. There were little personal touches that made a big difference. The person that I spoke to when I first went into the showroom (none of this jump on you as soon as you walk through the door) was very helpful, spent time to find out what I was interested in and even emailed me information I wanted to think over. This same person then dealt with me up to and including picking up the car a couple of weeks later and even helped set up my phone so that it was paired with the car. I would highly recommend visiting Dacia Cardiff for anyone who is interested in a cheap car that doesn't skimp on features and punches above its weight. Fantastic people to deal with. Thanks for such a straightforward and pleasurable purchase. 👍
