Should have left this review ages ago! Bought a Nissan Micra here in October 2021, and this little gem has been bombing up the motorway 3-4 times a week from Cardiff ever since. Fab car. Fab price. Fab service. Highly recommend.

I have bought a new car from here this week ( new car for me that is !!). I could not fault the service I received from the owners and staff, the sale was effortless, care and concern if there were any issues after buying the car. The next day I had problems with the battery I rang them they said bring the car back and we will check the battery. A neighbour helped me jump start it I took it back they checked the battery said that it wasn't holding charge properly and they fitted a brand new battery!!!. The business has been there a number of years and I can see why. Definitely recommend buying a new or 2nd hand car from there. 😀👍

Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end. We purchased a lovely 2006 Ford Focus from Prestige Motors for a very reasonable price. The MOT was done very efficiently and passed with flying colours. There was only one issue with the lock mechanism to the front bonnet (a common issue with these types of cars) that was easily resolved by ordering and fitting a new part. They were very patient with us when we had to delay the fitting a few times. Thank you Prestige Motors for your helpful and supportive service. I feel confident in returning to you and would definitely purchase through you again.

I have recently purchased a vehicle from prestige motors uk it was a pleasant experience and abided by covid safe regulations. The service was impeccable and friendly what was saleable touch was no pressure the key was handed over to look at the vehicle before buying. Any questions I had about the vehicle was answered and not trying to "fob it off". I have done 700 miles since I bought the vehicle which is approximately a week apart from this review and had no issues if I did have any I'm 100% sure prestige motors will sort it immediately and in regards to this I would recommend prestige motors.

Absolutely brilliant service. No pressure to buy whatsoever, no hidden fees or shoddy cleaning. Car was pristine inside and out and couldn’t have been better described. Wasim really seems to know what he’s talking about when it come to new and old cars and it was a very friendly no pressure service from start to finish. I wanted the car ready for me to drive away if it was good enough and have been let down with this after driving three hours to get there with another company. This was a two and a half hour drive for me and when I got there and knew I wanted it I was barely there 10 minutes after and it was ready to drive away exactly as described. We have bought four cars from Prestige Motors over the past few years and have been very happy with the service and support. There's no pressure from the sales staff and they are excellent at helping you with the right car for your needs. For example when we were looking for a car for each of our children as they passed their tests, Prestige gave us good advice on engine size and different models that would affect the insurance price of a young driver. We did have and small issue with one car (which they couldn't have foreseen when selling it to us) and it was dealt with instantly and put right at no charge. First class service. Their cars seem fairly priced for the good quality stock they keep and I would definitely recommend them. We will be trying them first next time we have a need.
