Probably the best service I have ever received from a garage. Their workshop is squeaky clean and their attention to detail is brilliant. They are a honest bunch and won't try to get extra work out of your car. In fact they almost do themselves out of work by bring honest. Highly recommend.

I took my BMW M135i here for a water leak I was experiencing through the cabin. Gareth, explained everything that was needed to diagnose the leak and was completely upfront and honest about how long it would take along with given me occasional updates via email and telephone. My first time using SWSS BMW but it won’t be the last! Very professional and accommodating, the guys really put the customer first. My BMW was diagnosed within half hour then they provided me an in depth report on what was found. Parts ordered and car booked in with courtesy car lined up there and then. Took my 3 series here for servicing and repairs. It was my first time with SWSS. I found the price to be very reasonable and vehicle check video was thorough and picked up a few small things I’d been wanting to get sorted for a while which was really convenient. The small things they picked up left me feeling confident that the car had a thorough check. The staff clearly had expert knowledge. For all work, the issue was pointed out in a video and explained and all suggested work was sent over in a link, giving pricing for each job. I thought this was great as the pricing was transparent, with clear documentation of why each job was needed. Also meant there was no surprising bills when I went to pay as all work was agreed in advance based on the live quote given on the link. The car now seems to be running well and all the service icons are green. Above all the staff were helpful and friendly which goes a long way. Thanks a lot, I am really happy with the service!

Brilliant service from Phil and the team at SWSS. The whole process was very straightforward, the health check and photos they sent across make it very clear what issues there are and with an estimated price to fix each issue you know exactly where you stand. Phil was very practical in discussing options to fix issues as well, with zero pressure to commit to any additional work. It's clear these guys are real enthusiasts and strive to provide a good value service.

One word…EXCELLENT! Have been taking my M135i to Sytner for the last year who haven’t been great in terms of meeting expectations and messing up jobs. Took a punt on SWSS and am glad I did. Had an official quotation for the work after popping in on Monday, took car in for service today and they did a smashing job.
