Our mot ability car broke down outside this garage, they were absolutely fantastic, found and mended the problem, realised we were due a service & MOT which they completed and treated us like royalty! We were only waiting one and a half hours, in the warm with plenty of hot drinks and TV. Thank you

Original 100k mx5 service was done quickly & at acceptable cost. So when I eventually replaced the old one I went to Victoria Park. They had the newer model and colour I wanted, with immediate test drive, and offered a fair trade for the older car. Couldn't ask for more.

Parts department is amazing, tech guys go above and beyond, the sales team do there up most to make customers happy. Yet, since each branch works independently issues can arrise of you purchase a car from a different branch and your car has faults due to what ever the sales branch has caused. Other than that going to Victoria park Mazda you will get a level of service you would and should expect.

We purchased a Mazda2 from Doug at Mazda in December and we received the most outstanding service. He was very friendly and knowledge and was able to help us find the perfect car! We have since had a minor brake squeak and Doug had us booked in for an appointment and it all sorted very quickly and Mark in service got the issue fixed! We never thought of owning a Mazda but after our amazing experience at Victoria Park Mazda we plan on purchasing another Mazda in the future! I visited them in September to look at a CX-30 which I was able to test drive. I found the staff friendly and extremely helpful and the premises was spotless. I was offered a deal which was acceptable to me, although the car was not in the colour I wanted, but it was available. On this occasion it was the same day that Wales went into another lockdown, and I decided against buying on this occasion, but I would certainly go back in the future.

We bought our MX 5 from Victoria Park Mazda in 2006, and have had it serviced there ever since. So far, we've been completely satisfied with the service received until now. Today, however, we found that the car has an apparent fault with the power steering system. I therefore rang the garage straight away, but spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get through to the service department. All I got was an answering machine telling me to leave a message and someone would ring me back. So I left messages, and no one rang me back. I went on line to check the number, and a chat line window popped up. I had an on line chat with a person called Grace, explaining the problem. I was told to book it in for a service and was passed the online booking link. By this time, I was getting rather frustrated, so I went down to the garage to sort it out. I got the car booked in, but with a 6 day delay, and didn't get any form of apology. Indeed, the gentleman that dealt with me was rather abrupt. I was told that they were rather busy. I am NOT a happy customer. Just a note to say that the situation has been resolved, and I hope it won't re-occur. Problem is not the people that work there, it's the system. When you ring with a problem, you need a human to speak to. These calling systems are all very well, but they cut you off from human contact.

Attended at the showroom and conferred with Lloyd- the car salesman, who was brilliant and very friendly. We purchased a Mazda CX 3 and Lloyd arranged for the vehicle to be ready for us to take home that same afternoon because we lived in Pembrokeshire, thereby saving us a further journey to collect that same vehicle. A nice show room with high end cars on display. I normally hate walking in to showrooms as the sales people are all over you but no one bothered me until I was ready. The only issue is the customer car park is not very well displayed.

after buying my car here i go every year for my mot, everyone is always friendly and welcoming. i take my two young children and the staff are more than happy to put childrens tv on, last time they made them balloon animals, which kept them happy, the waiting area is cean, comfortable chairs, coffee machine and water you can help yourself too. defenately recommend this garage.

Called in with my Mazda CX5 with a view to a p/x against a new Mazda CX30. Pleasantly surprised by the salesman, Chris Rockett, who was knowledgeable about the product, courteous in his presentation - to include my wife in discussions and gave two purchase solutions with a fair p/x value on my existing car. Car buying as it should be perhaps! If you have Mazda on your car shopping list then this agency is well worth spending some time at, to see if there is a deal that suits you.
