Purchased a van with him, really polite guy, professional, gave me a considerable discount on price, asked to take me from the station to the garage prompt he said “yes not a problem”. Everything so smooth and professional, however as a vehicle under 3 years old and still under manufacturer warranty, I asked anything to see what should I do with future services or what was the service history of the vehicle, I was supposed to receive an email with this information but after nearly 1 month, I am still waiting for this email. Contacted someone via web chat, the operator said “I will ask one the team to contact you about this, and I’m still waiting. That’s why 3 stars.

Andrew really helped me weigh up my options when my car failed its MOT. He offered me a great solution by offering to buy my old car and selling me a younger small car that meets all my needs. Great reliable, economical car and within my budget.
