H. L.Called Autobreak as we needed our car scrapped. I got one quote from them on the phone but a higher one through their website when I booked the collection later in the day. They called a few hours later and offered to collect the car within 20 minutes. The man who did so was very helpful & polite. I was told the money would be in my account within an hour but I had to follow it up the next morning. It then took until after lunch for it to reach me. Customer service is varied depending on who you speak to.

They called Monday morning to confirm their arrival time, the car was taken very quickly and the money was in my account 3 hours later. Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful, the whole process was absolutely painless. I would highly recommend this company.
