J. A.Not my first visit at the branch, always made to feel very welcome by everyone who I have dealt with. Credit to how the place as a whole operates. World class service and immaculate environment. Must add, the new fancy introduction to hand the keys in yourself is a touch of class. Having said all of the above, Graham was a pleasure to have dealt with.
G. R.I had my car serviced yesterday, Richard was very helpful he called me once it was all done and explained everything well in regards to the service. I then picked up by car which I sat with Tabitha and she went through everything and sent me my documents. Very happy with them.
P. B.They diagnosed and repaired an oil leak that was picked up on the annual service. And luckily the part concerned was covered by the warranty which ran out 3 days later. Perfect timing. Good communication and constantly kept up to date with proceedings. Plus they finished the job a day early. Thumbs up from me.

G. R.Paid a visit to beadles Saturday 24th and although some years ago made a rule not to buy a car from someone younger than me! Due to the cruel passage of time this is no longer possible!
We were put into the care of a young sales guy called Harrison, Friendly Knowledgeable and Polite not to mention Patient! Harrison matched us up with a Tuguan in stock elsewhere which we pick up soon!
Overall a brilliant experience at Beadles indeed we went straight home rather than tour all the other dealerships!
We are very happy with the deal and can recommend Harrison most highly
