Bradley is a nice bloke and was very professional throughout my purchase. He was also very knowledgeable about the car and took the time demonstrate all of the functions. The process of part exchanging and arranging finance was all done and dusted in the space of around 3 hours. I love the car and the price was very reasonable.

This review isn't based on the car I've purchased, unfortunately there were some issues with it which resulted in it having to be returned back to Bradley from Essex Cars Ltd. This review is more to do with Bradley's customer service. Buying the car from him was a breeze, I showed up and was able to test drive and get a finance offer back same day. Bradley uses brokers who found me a very competitive finance offer which other companies struggled to beat. The car had a few minor faults crop up after purchasing (which can happen, not a fault of Essex Cars Ltd), Bradley was very helpful and communication was great. When you need him you will get through to him which is very helpful. He was very honest and transparent throughout and went the extra mile to try and get my car back to me in perfect working order. It didn't work out this time but I'd be happy to deal with Bradley again. Cheers.

I've now purchased 3 cars from Essex cars and have found Bradley a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable too. I probably don't use half the functions he demonstrated on my BMW but at least I'm aware now. Thanks for everything will deal again no doubt.

I was recommended Essex Cars and couldn’t be happier. The car is really lovely, there was something I wasn’t sure about in the controls (I’m a girl!) and Brad explained everything, the service and attention to detail was second to none. I’ve had the car for 2 months now and it drives so well, I just cannot fault Brad and Essex Cars, I’ve already recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so.

Bradley at Essex Cars Ltd. was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, definitely not your typical car salesman, far from it in fact, knowledgable, professional, friendly, patient and not at all “pushy”. I was even contacted after I had bought the car to make sure everything was ok, this is something I have never experienced when buying a car before, a breath of fresh air!! Bradley text me detailed directions on how to find Essex Cars Ltd. using Google Maps which brought me directly to the car. The car was cleaned inside and out specifically for me, it smelt amazing too (I want to know what air freshener that is by the way - Cherry-tastic!). I was able to test drive the car for as long as I wanted, Bradley helped me get set up in the car, explaining how to move seats, adjust mirrors and change settings in the car to give me a more comfortable drive, he then helped me pick a route that mirrored my day to day driving as I didn’t know the area, it seemed like nothing was too much trouble and I felt totally at ease. Bradley gave me a great price for my part exchange, more than I was offered by WeBuyAnyCar and saved me the hassle of selling it privately myself. Once I decided to buy the car, I asked for a discount (like you do), even though I knew the car was very well priced, Bradley agreed to put some fuel in the car and we agreed a deal. I transferred the money, Bradley took care of registering the car in my name with the DVLA and he even helped me to tax my new car before I set off home (you superstar)! If you are considering buying a car from Bradley at Essex Cars Ltd. and you are reading this review, “Just Do It” as you will not be disappointed!!! I can only reiterate what I wrote on autotrader and all the reviews before me. We joke about, you shouldn't trust a used car salesman. Well Bradley is the exception. Couldn't of been more helpful. To be 100% honest this review is more based on the aftercare as opposed to the car. The car had problems and had to be taken back,which was time consuming,alittle costly and stressful,but Bradley was always available during the process and attempted to get the car repaired before having to return it. Iv given 5 stars based on the little extra things that were done within a not so perfect purchase.
