I bought a car from G & M Auto's about a month ago and found this dealer by accident as I was looking around for a car and do not live in Colchester. What a good find ,I purchased a Peugeot and got a good price for the car I was exchanging with them .After two to three weeks it had a slight problem ,to which I phoned Carl the manager who has great customer service skills nothing is to much trouble for him .He phoned the owner Shaun and they bought a car to my house and took my Peugeot away to be fixed which only took a couple of days and now is running normally .On meeting Shaun he also has good customer skills nothing is to much trouble for this garage or him and was so apologetic, he also said any more problems to take it straight back to him which I cannot foresee anything else happening hopefully. I will be recommending this garage to anyone I know who wants to buy a car they are trustworthy ,honest people and thank you Carl and Shaun for looking after me .You do not get Good customer service skills enough these days but this garage has got it all. Do not take any notice if there is a bad review on this sight because it is pure rubbish and they do not deserve it. Thank you once again Carl and Shaun .When I change my car again way down in the future I will be coming to you.

From stuff I've heard in the past I have never been to sure about this place. But by going with a mate a while back to collect his car. This place is not what others say it is. Honest people selling cars is what it is and they have been good to my mate. If I had the money this is one of first places I would go to look at cars.

Bought a car for my daughter from this garage. Rang the day before and negotiated a price as we were travelling over an hour. Car was reserved, was very well presented, we had a good test drive alone, then a good chat with the owner. Deal done - daughter is very pleased and car is exactly as described and a month later performing without fault. Very well presented cars all round. Staff are very helpful and friendly and DO PESTER YOU as soon as you arrive. This is NOT a cowboy operation and I would strongly recommend a visit. Bought my first car here. The two staff I dealt with were very helpful and not at all pushy. They did some work on the car for free even though it wasn't strictly necessary but it put my mind at rest. Other local dealers have hidden admin charges which can be difficult on a budget - GM didn't have hidden costs and I feel like I got the most for my money in terms of the car and the service I received.

Recently visited this car sales site and found a wide selection of good quality cars. I found the sales staff very helpful, polite and friendly. They allow you to look at the cars at your own leisure with no pressure. Eventually, decided on a Vauxhall Astra and I am very pleased with the car. After I purchased the car the staff also offered helpful advice on how to tax and insure it. Would definitely purchase a car from here again and recommend them highly. Five stars
