I had the pleasure to meet Mehmet of Colchester branch for the purchase of my new (used) car and I must say he was excellent from start to finish.
Everything Mehmet said he would get looked into or amended he did. I have 100% faith in all Mehmet told me he’d do. A massive thank you Mehmet for restoring my faith in Glyn Hopkin Colchester.
V. C.Well, to be honest I'm so amazed with the service and customer care I have received from Mehmet, what a legend he has been kept me updated and was honest everytime !! He also has a sense of humour which can be hard to come by these days. I LOVE my car Qash Qai tekna + worth every penny can honestly say the best car I've ever driven and nissan have really put them selves out there with the few minor changes like the screen being 12 inch bow instead of 9 and the silver trim on the back (which i didnt like but was happy to go ahead with the car anyway lol i was so happy you changed it when i collected the car) I am a new nissan need lol thank you for everything !!!! ☺️

I needed an automatic Qashqai which the branch didn't have but James found me stunning model and drove it over from the Ipswich branch for me to test drive. There were a couple of things that needed repairing which he attended to in a timely manner. I needed the car at short notice which he and his colleagues were able to help me to achieve. Almost a month on, I love the car and will be returning to Glyn Hopkin for any needs I may have in the future.
