Recently had my MINI serviced at Colchester. Was greeted by Karen and dealt with by Amy, who were both lovely. The team were very welcoming, professional and polite. Amy explained everything I needed to know and nothing was too much for her. I was provided with a courtesy car, which was beautiful (I didn’t want to return it!). When I returned my car looked amazing as they had also cleaned and hoovered it. 10/10 service!

I found buying my new car @Inchcape Colchester very straight forward enjoyable process. I felt I had all the information that I needed , very happy with the service I received... my order changed due to mini cancelling all orders , I am very happy with the alternative I was offered & received it earlier than expected.

The service was fine however when I went in about 6 weeks ago I was given a price of about £395 for my full service, when I went in for the service I was asked what price I was quoted as I could not remember for sure the lady went away and came back with £560 or something like that, I got it down to £460 after taking a service plan out, but I fail to see how much it could go up in 6 weeks. If I were to recommend in future which would be a big if, I would suggest they get the price written down and not left to Russian roulette on the day.
