Their knowledge and advice was extremely helpful when discussing both the vehicle and possible finance routes. Their genuine passion for the Porsche brand was also clearly evidenced as no question went unanswered, up to and including a physical test on whether a 2 bedroom, 4 person blow up tent would fit in the front trunk! (trying to find any reviews as to the practical capacity on the 911 was nigh on impossible... it does by the way).

I couldn't resist an ECU tune and Fabspeed exhaust - which gives the 718 S more BHP and torque than the stock 718 GT4 :-)

S. P.I recently purchased my new car from AUV and was very pleased with the whole deal. I had a vehicle to part exchange and believe I got a fair price for that (not the lets rip you off and make a fortune both ends) you get from many dealerships.
Rob took care of all the paperwork including sorting out the transfer of my private plate, and when I went to collect it the new plates/number were on, and the car was ready to rock n’ roll. A professional outfit that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for anyone looking to purchase their next prestige vehicle. As and when I come to change next time I’ll certainly be looking at the current stock at AUV.
M. K.Had been looking for a Porsche 991 GTS PDK. Found a 991.2 in stunning Sapphire Blue on AUV’s website quite late on a Saturday night and send an enquiry email, expecting a reply during the following Monday at some point. Andy replied 10 minutes later! We exchanged several emails that night and by Sunday 11.00am the next day, agreed a price and deposit paid over the phone, subject to test drive the following Wednesday.
Very nervous, as the prospective purchase would be my most expensive car by a very long way. The cars presentation was flawless and the test drive was excellent. Agreed to purchase the car. Collection was arraigned for the following Wednesday. Andy covered every concern and request that I had. Nothing was too much trouble.
Collection was flawless. Having purchased numerous cars over the year, not one dealer, even main dealer has even come close to the level of professionalism, care and attention to detail that Andy has shown. He could run masterclass’s in the sales and handover process.
All his 5-star Google reviews are well justified and deserved. Would happily buy other cars off him in the future and highly recommend him.

Due to illness when I was supposed to travel from Cornwall to Coventry to collect the car bought as seen online after being reassured of its condition by Andy , I had to send my Son to finally inspect and collect it .
He is pretty clued up on Porsches and his feedback to me on the day confirmed everything Andy had told me and the 'photos / history sent when I first enquired about the car .
The GTS was in lovely condition , service records and mileage all good and we are really impressed with Andy and his team .
My faith is restored in dealers outside the Official Porsche network - keep up the good work .

T. W.Initially I was a little nervous about spending a relatively large sum of money with a dealership that I didn’t know. Would the car be as advertised, is the car worth the money, will the part ex offer be fair? All these questions and more were running through my mind. Over the next couple of days Rob reassured me via email and telephone, not with the usual salesman patter but with hard cold facts and well-informed opinions on the car, an Aston Martin V8 Vantage S SP10. Rob was happy to share key data about the car so that I could satisfy myself of its provenance and value.

C.I recently visited AUV to view a previously owned Ferrari 458 and left a returnable deposit to secure the purchase.Through no fault of AUV I was unable to complete the transaction and they were very prompt in returning my deposit, without question. AUV has an excellent showroom facility, and I must say that Andy and Rob were so friendly, professional and accommodating at all times. T. T.I bought a mint condition Porsche 911 Carrera S from AUV in July 2017. From my initial call with them, it was clear that they were genuine, knowledgeable, professional and straightforward. They dealt patiently with my questions, emailed lots of scanned documents, and importantly didn’t give me the “hard sell”.
As a result, I felt they had integrity and was comfortable enough to commit to buy the car without seeing or driving it. I am sure some readers would think that inadvisable, but I’ve done this before with Porsche main dealers, so why not with AUV?
My car was delivered on the agreed date, and I am absolutely delighted with it. A couple of months after delivery I had a minor fault. AUV were very supportive, spoke to the dealer reviewing the fault on my behalf, and as a good will gesture they generously contributed to the repair cost (despite the issue being outside terms of the warranty).
Can’t recommend them highly enough. I will be contacting AUV again in a couple of years when I next change my car!

From first contact - a call on a Sunday afternoon when they are closed but the sales manager, Rob, still took the call on his mobile - through to collecting the car the service has been first-rate. R. B.Bought an R8 from Rob within a very limited time frame while overseas which was a bit of a daunting proposition. He made the whole process as easy as I could have ever expected. A few months down the line I had a simple electrical problem with the car. He was only too happy to help and liaised with an Audi specialist local to me and covered the repairs work without question under their warranty. Dealing with little electrical niggles can be a real pain especially when finding the time is difficult but AUV we're easy to deal with on the matter and very accommodating. These things make the prospect of going back to them for more cars in the future a bit of a no brainer.
