Good customer service seems to be a dying art these days, but that's certainly not the case at Coventry Mazda. Excellent service fronted by very friendly, eager to please, reception staff. Even more impressive when you factor in that I wasn't a new car owner but a second owner of a 66 plate but was still treated like I'd just turned up with a brand new, top of the range model. They sorted out the problem with my vehicle quickly and even cleaned it, at no cost to myself. I was already tempted to buy Mazda again when I'm ready but with such good service, I can't see me going anywhere else.

They agreed to MOT and Service the vehicle even though it wasn't quite due and didn't charge me for it. Service in garage was excellent. Turned around car purchase within the day. Went back at allotted time, 5pm, to pick car up but Sian the sales person was delayed with customer. We waited and eventually Sian handed us to another guy to complete paperwork. Very impressed sales guy took time to run through car gizmos not so impressed to find out a week later, by complete coincidence, my daughter’s buying a car, n ran through my reg no with DVLA n told me car wasn’t taxed. Sent emails n made two cars eventually spoke to admin n finance n was told Sian was off sick car wasn’t taxed didn’t know if it was usual to get customer to tax vehicle or whether dealership did l, I could be put through to sales, as I was given code, I taxed car. In the Mazda wallet that the sales guy popped into the glove compartment was the previous owners papers, which I’ve destroyed, The handbook but nothing whatsoever to do with tax. I was told at time of purchase documents would be with me in around 10 days. Thank heavens I didn’t have an accident as my insurance would have be nil an void. I’m hoping my plate wasn’t clocked on my return lengthy trip back to Anglesey or any trips I took until i was made aware of this situation. Please, please ensure future customers are not put in this predicament. Not sure if it happened because two sales people got involved but maybe a tick list should be introduced to prevent this situation ever arising again. Such a pity as customer service was excellent and I told both parties as I was shown around the car that I was impressed

I have recently bought a CX-30 Sport Lux and am very pleased with it. I have always bought Volvos before but felt I needed a change. Sian Thomas, the young lady I dealt with was very helpful from the start and knowledgeable about all aspects of the car. Once the car arrived for me to take delivery she spent as long as I wanted explaining everything. I purchased a brand new Mazda 3 from here. Paul Holliday was the salesman & I highly recommend him if you go to Coventry Mazda looking or a car. Paul wasn't pushy at all & made sure I had a long enough test drive to make sure that this was the right car to buy. He made sure to give me a second look around one of the other Mazda 3s & showed me around the entire car. Checking there was enough room in the back, making sure the boot was a good size & all of the lights too. Paul also went through all of the paper very thoroughly & didn't rush to make sure that I understood everything as well. Paul went through all of the specifications with me & I had quite a few of them, nonetheless he managed to find everything I was looking for & was in & out of the office next door to try & find the right car with the options that also wouldn't take too long to deliver in this tough economic & geopolitical climate. I got my car in a few weeks which was amazing & he kept me updated on the cars delivery status as well. Collection day was awesome too. We went through all of the paperwork again to make sure of everything after which we ran through all of the features that the car has to offer & paired the phone as well. It was truly a very nice service. Each time I went to Mazda Paul was very very kind & always offered a drink. An 11 out of 10 for the great service !

There was no pushy sales patter and we were given plenty of time to test drive the car to make our mind up. I contacted Mazda Coventry with reference to a vehicle I was interested in buying. I was assisted by Paul Orford who I recommend wholeheartedly as a point of contact. We had a very positive experience dealing with the team at Coventry South so it is only fair that we leave a positive review. We found ourselves in dire straits vehicle wise but from the moment we walked through the door, we could not have expected better attention and service from the sales and service teams. So much so that we have decided to service our vehicle here even though we live quite a distance away, and have a mazda garage 15 minutes away. I have never really felt like my custom mattered at the local garage, whereas the experience at Coventry has been totally different. I had a really smooth and easy time at CMC motor group. I was in search of a Mazda6 and this place had just what I was looking for. I was dealt with by Richard Niven who from the off was spot on. I could not praise this guy enough. Nobody likes a pushy salesman who just gets on your nerves and makes you spend 10k more than you wanted to. Richard knew that I knew what I wanted and just told me all the things I needed to know. He was patient and just went with the flow. He gave me a book price for my part ex car and he offered book price for the car on sale...cant say fairer than that! I asked for some minor works to be done and they were done to a very high standard. I had to return to the garage unfortunately due to warped disc brakes but this was only noticed when I was driving long distances (no fault of the garage) I called on Saturday to inform them of the issue and was told to bring the car in straight away on Monday. I was dealt with very quickly and the brakes were replaced free of charge. I really cannot fault this garage, they are totally honest and don't try and rip you off. The cars are great condition and looked after. You cant go wrong here!!
