Great car (Range Rover) no disappointment here. My only complaint is to the previous keeper NOT removing his private plate which kept me pretty much on the drive itching to drive but not really legal to do so. No fault of Paul or Obi ,, just the previous owner who clearly thought time could stand still while I waited on him. 6 wks waiting, cheers!!!!

I bought a mustang from them 10 months ago. Car was as described, nice staff and willing to help. Changed the wheels to a different colour at no extra cost. I had a slight cosmetic issue 4 months later and they sorted it out for me with no charge. Not the cheapest but the vehicle ticked all my boxes so worth it when you’re fussy. I’d definitely recommend them.

Outstanding company.. After speaking to the team and driving up there which took about 2 hours all I can say is amazing. When I pulled up and walked into the forecourt all I thought was wow and wow and more wow. The Team were polite and very knowledgeable, they allowed us time to view the car and made sure we were well looked after with hot or cold drinks. I recently purchased a maserati GT and PX my Porsche cayman S. I drove away on the day having instant buyers remorse. I had made the wrong choice and totally my own doing. I called Joseph the agent I dealt with, who instantly empathised with me. It was too late to unwind the deal so I asked if I could swap the maserati for something else to which I found a BMW M4. Throughout the process and a stressful one, Joseph kept in touch with me even on his day off. Just had a lovely Jaguar delivered from Roadstar. It was my first experience of buying such an expensive car from an unknown dealer online. I was nervous and stressed at the thought that I could have been the victim of a hoax or scam. Joe at Roadstar, took my insecurities on board and made it his job to prove them unfounded. He Video called me and took me on a tour of the dealership and the car that I was buying. He said that I would receive the vehicle within 48 hrs of purchase and did everything in his power to secure a prompt delivery. He promised I would have the car on Friday, and even though there were unforeseen problems, he managed to achieve it. Now for the reason why I didn't give them 5 stars.... Only two small little gripes. Firstly, when phoning the dealership, the line just cut off. (Not good when you're worried about being scammed.) And Secondly, when it was answered, the lady that answered it just said hello. (I was expecting at least a hello Roadstar.) I am generally very satisfied with my experience and can't thank the nice staff enough but considering they are a prestige car dealer I thought these two small points of constructive criticism were warranted.

I have not written a review before but just had to for this company. My wife purchased her ideal car from Roadstar a Volkswagen Golf R and the service we received from start to finish was excellent. We turned up in the morning with our car to part exchange and left later that day with the Golf, a years mot, a years warranty and a years AA breakdown cover. Paul we dealt with was excellent and sorted everything out for us. These guys are genuine and professional with a lovely showroom and top spec cars. On Monday, i spoke to a Sales adviser to view a 6 series, so i decided to visit the showroom and drove 2hours from London.I was unsure as there were few bad reviews but more better reviews, but i have to honestly admit the kindness of all staff was great and helpful. I recently purchased a Seat Ibiza from Roadstar Automobiles Limited, the total experience was a pleasure. The salesman Paul was great and being my first car I needed to have peace of mind that the car was going to be reliable and this was addressed as part of the vehicle preparation, All first viewing issues were rectified and a further step taken to check and resolve any known common Seat faults. A new cam belt kit was fitted as there was no indication on the service history that this had been done. This is one place I will definitely be visiting again when it's time for a car change. I bought a 420i from Roadstar a few weeks ago. Very pleased that they don't try to hard-sell and I know the routine and really just like to get-in, get-out and get my car. The car itself needed one or two minor cosmetic repairs which were done quickly and to a very high standard. I was given as long as I wanted for inspection purposes and I returned to the salesman and was shown the documentation and service history as advertised - no discrepancies , everything was as stated in the advert. I decided I'd like the reassurance of an AA pre-sale inspection which i got, and I paid a reasonable deposit to secure the car. The report came back clear a couple of days later. We confirmed the purchase price, I paid up, and the delivery took place at an agreed time - car in immaculate condition. I cannot fault this service and am a very satisfied customer.

Searching for a car could be quite tedious and there are a lot of garages all selling the same cars for pretty much the same price. I found a Mercedes C-Class that looked quite clean from the pictures and I was a bit worried to drive all the way to coventry and be disappointed. Picked up my Jaguar XFS from hear today. Given the current Covid restrictions I was cautious about buying a car without seeing it in the flesh but the website had great photos to browse through and I thought they gave an honest description of the cars condition. Amazing service from the start and after purchase. I purchased my Jaguar XKR from this company with the help of a salesman called Joseph who was a nice guy and not at all pushy. After I purchased my new car I decided to replace the discs and pads (they had some life left in them but I changed them while I can). When changing them we found the rear calipers had some issues which needed fixing. I contacted the AA warranty which came with the car and would not cover the issue so I called Roadstar and spoke with Gupi in the after sales team and she was an absolute delight to deal with. I worked in retail management for over a decade and she and she really is good. anyway the end result was they paid for the calipers costly repair and you can't ask for better service than that. I will be contacting them when I am looking for my next car.

I purchased a lovely Audi A3 from Roadstar in Coventry on Sunday 14th Jan. From start to finish service has been first Class. I live in Scotland and seen it on autotrader and really liked it so decided to email to ask details on car. I was dealing with Richard and he was emailing me answering various questions i had and also sent with the AA Report on the car as well which was very helpful as i hadnt seen the car in person. I had to fly from Scotland to birmingham then train to Coventry were i was told to get a taxi from train station and they would refund the taxi fare to get to Roadstar which was an added bonus. When i arrived i was greeted by Joseph sales person who looked after me very well from start to finish. Let me look around car and test drive etc and explained everything to me about the car etc and AA 3 month warranty. Car was sitting ready for me for departure even told me were to get diesel etc for my long journey to get to scotland to get the boat home. Overall the service from both Richard and Joseph was excellent and would recommend buying a car from Roadstar to anyone.

I would just like to extend my thanks to Paul and the team at Roadstar, from click to buy to delivery all the way from Coventry with no issues, I have to say the after sales service was remarkable, I had a few issues with some markings on the vehicle which were not visible from the photos and there was a small tear in the sunroof blind, Paul sourced and supplied the new part for the blind and this and the markings were repaired by local detailers, all paid for by Roadstar, people may worry about paying so much money for a car over the internet with scams etc but this was very professional, secure and reliable.
