Looking for a Bullitt Mustang via Google and came across Baytree Cars with the exact spec Bullitt I wanted for sale. Called their sales and spoke to Max who was able to negotiate an excellent part exchange deal for me with my Mustang GT. I was then passed on to to Tim who sorted out all the documents, payment and delivery, both great guys to deal with and very helpful. Excellent communication by e mail and phone. The car was delivered in an enclosed trailer to my door by James on the day and time I specified at no extra cost and a 200 mile round trip. I couldn't have asked for more. Great buying experience for what was a big purchase, with the team making me and my partner feel very comfortable (which was something that had made her not want to deal with others, certainly as a couple of dealers hadn't taken us particularly seriously). The stock was beautifully presented, with it being as good if not better condition than what was shown in the pictures (something that hadn't been the case with others) Financially-wise - The car was very reasonably priced compared to similar vehicles, the finance quote was very competitive and to top it off they offered a great price on my trade in. Doing the deal was a bit of a no brainer for me. After the sale my car had a minor issue with the exhaust flaps which would have been difficult for them to detect whilst in their stock, although had been present from sale - They had it all sorted quickly without any bother at all. Great buying experience from start to finish, would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car, performance or not.

I promised my wife an Aston Martin 19 years ago, and last month I made good on that promise. By chance we came across one advertised by Baytree Cars Ltd. So... to the purpose of this post. The service we have received from everyone we came into contact with was outstanding. We are not easily pleased, but can find nothing but praise for the team at Baytree. Max in sales was friendly, professional and not pushy, although his job was made easier by the fact that it was love at first sight. Tim in Operations was professional, attentive and patient. He swiftly answered our questions and dealt with any concerns. The idea of buying a prestige car on line without physically seeing it first would have appeared madness to us a year ago... but these are different times and we can either put our lives on pause or choose to get on with it. We chose the latter. True, it was a leap of faith but we need not have been concerned. We were kept fully informed throughout the complete sales process. The car was delivered on time, was exactly what we wanted and even had a bouquet of flowers with it. A follow up call afterwards from both Tim and Max to make sure everything was alright and to congratulate us on the sale made the whole process perfect. I recently bought a car from the team at Baytree and couldn’t be happier with the whole buying experience – without doubt the best dealer experience I’ve ever had. Despite buying pretty much the lowest priced car in the building, I felt I was afforded the same level of professional courtesy as I would have received if buying something far more exotic at 10x the price. On arrival I was given a coffee and introduced to the team before I received an impromptu guided tour of the Ferraris etc. in the showroom. It's been a very difficult time for everyone during the pandemic, businesses and people finding it difficult to do any sort of meeting up, more so when you want or need to purchase a vehicle. I have been looking for sometime for my dream car and whilst going through the net trying to find what I've been looking for I came across Baytree Motors Ltd based in Derby, I've never been a lover of dealing with the trade previously but I came across exactly what I was looking for at this company. My first contact was with Max whom I communicated with for quite a few weeks about purchasing the car, at no time was I pressured about the purchase in fact I can truly say the experience was something I wasn't expecting as everyone I asked a question it was answered virtually straight the way and if he didn't no the answer he found out and came back to me. Once I decided I wanted the car it was a difficult situation as the lockdown came and the garage observed the safety of both their staff and customers, I was asked to put a deposit down that was fully refundable and they reserved it allowing me as much time as I wanted to purchase it outright. After this I was contacted by Tim who kindly arranged for the car to be delivered to me in the enclosed trailer the company have, they told me I could have any inspection and should I find anything wrong I could have my money fully refunded. The service was exceptional and nothing was to much trouble, they even took my number plate retention certificate and put my personal plates on the car and also paid for the plates, they also supplied me with a brand new fitted car cover. After the car was delivered I've received about 6 phone calls asking if everything was ok with the car from Tim. All in all this was a great service and customer relations and I really would not hesitate to use these people again and would certainly would purchase another car from these people, truly superb service. Bought a 2014 Porsche 911 C4 from Baytree in September 2017. Dealt with Tim Hodgson, which was a really good experience. Very happy with the car, but on the first long run, a fault showed up after a couple of hours with the Adaptive Cruise Control, which I'm sure Baytree wouldn't have been aware of. Put car into Porsche Centre in Aberdeen where I live. The Porsche Centre dealt directly with Tim at Baytree. Not only did Baytree pay Porsche directly for the repair and another problem shown up during the inspection, with no quibbles, but Ray Johnston at Porsche Aberdeen commented that Tim had been a pleasure to deal with.
