There's not much I can really say as I was only there briefly but the burger I had with sausage and bacon in it was fantastic and made my morning. it was also good to see at this branch kitchen was aware of cross contamination with food and also had a poster up this is important to me because I suffer from eggs and peanut allergy BCA Bedford take note of this

BCA Derby, always gave us quick service, good communication and never had any issues whilst picking things up from them, if you need help with anything, e.g. need water or something for a runner, they'll help out no faffing around.

Smaller than the one I'm used to, but still worthwhile. A friendlier atmosphere too. Toilets were clean and fresh. Only one sale hall, but fast and efficient. There's a woman on the rostrum and she was very clear and easy to understand, the old boy was more like a tv auctioneer with a tendency to play with his words and gable. Parking is well organised and free, the folks in the yard were on the ball too. I'd go again should I feel the need. I didn't sample the cafe, but the stuff looked good that came out of there.

in an Auction there is no bargain. A car is worth whatever you wish to pay.A decent car will never go cheaply after 31 years of trading I can categorically say this. Derby bca is a bit off putter but surprisingly the office staff are fine. Only when you are told where the vehicle is and its stuck in the middle the yard staff just run away once they know they have to move a car or two to let you out..In general I didn't have any terrible experience with Derby.

This auction has only one sales lane where others have two on the go. The cars go through very efficiently and I is steady and sure. Only a small indoor area as most of the cars are outside but the cars seem to be of a better quality here but the prices are fairly high. The upside is that not much paint shop work needs to ever be done to most of the vehicles purchased. Great cafe inside with full breakfasts and other meals..

Poorly laid out, pretty grubby place altogether, Derby BCA sell A LOT of cast offs from local small dealers, are these the best cars? rejects from small local dealers, I think not from my many visits over the years. Also you will have a long wait when paying for your purchase, regardless of the day or time you choose.

As a transport driver, was hassle free and professional, was directed where to go, was told how and where to collect vehicle and was checked out of compound in seconds.

High fees for selling low value cars £72 fees for selling a £200 car left me with £128. Would be better if it was a percentage of sale price
