J. R.Excellent customer service at Bristol Street Motors (Peugeot) Derby just recently. After many months of searching for a quality used Toyota CH-R Hybrid, we finally found one here. Having reserved the car online, we met with Sales Rep, Rea, who was very friendly and helpful. Both Rea and Business Manager, Tom Duffy guided us through the trade-in and purchase process, patiently answering our various queries. Very appreciative of their willingness to listen and meet our specific requirements. There was good communication in a variety of forms (text, telephone, email and video clips) which was maintained throughout.
Really pleased with my new car, it's great!! and meets all the criteria I was looking for. Thank you.

M.Would like to praise the staff at this branch customers service is impeccable, especially from (Annalise), she went above and beyond her job to make sure I was armed with all the information about the vehicle in question, needless to say I returned on Monday and picked up my vehicle. The best touch for me was the fact I was struggling to get to the branch to pick my car up at a certain time, so it was arranged for me to get the train and was picked up by ( Annalise). I was delt with a member of Staff called Rea Huggins, who I found to be very knowledgeable, with a nice personality. I tried to give Rea a review on the judgesurvey which was supposed to have come to me as an email . But me and Rea looked endlessly to which we couldn’t find . S.I had originally bought my car on finance from robins and Day Derby however as they have closed and Bristol Street Motors has taken over and my lease was coming to an end bristol street motors have been my car go to people. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with all of the staff I have worked with! Working with both Adam and Rea have shown me that the staff here at Peugeot are genuinely trying to do the best they can for their customers. Rea and the sales manager have done their absolute best to get me the car I would like at a price that I can afford and Rea has updated me regularly throughout the process.
I cannot recommend their services enough and will continue to purchase cars are through this company and recommend those looking for a new or used car to do so as I'm so happy with the service.

Phoned on the Friday evening and needed to view and drive our new car home on the Saturday over 150 miles away. All staff went out of their way to make this happen. Special thanks to Rea and Ashley in sales at Derby, Jo for being available and waiting for hours to prepare the paper work for us on a Saturday and finance department for also waiting and being available to check the accounts on a Saturday. Last visited a few weeks ago and we left because the guy who eventually spoke to us was totally disinterested. A young chap who's only been there for a few days came straight up, totally different vibe, keen, funny, great attitude but definitely not butt licking over the top. Not new to selling as he was previously at Vauxhall for many years. Outcome, new 2008 model ordered in time for a 2019 plate ordered for this march. Really impressed. Worth going back despite our misgivings. Couldn't of been more helpful and made sure he got the answers right. Looking forward to our first Peugeot.

S.I didn't have a bad experience with them as a dealer but I want to warn people about the finance company they recommend "PSA Finance" very bad money stealing company, one star review on trust pilot. I have taken a finance of 25 months. The car got written off 18 months before the end of the contract. The early settlement figure was less than £300 saved from the full interest over the 25 months period. Paying in full after a third of the period and I am loosing 3/4 of the interest. Disgusting. Read the reviews people left for them to protect your self.

The parking sensors, automatic window wipers. He also set my Bluetooth up. Can't tell you how much I appreciated this. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

B. T.We went for a pre-arranged appointment to look at a Motability car. There were cars, without blue badges, in all the disabled parking bays. We had to park a long way from the showroom entrance. The salesman had no idea whether the cars in the disabled bays were customers cars or stock for sale.
