I recently purchased a vehicle from the Bristol Street Motors Renault Dealership, the salesperson I dealt with Scott Burton was informative and extremely helpful and I felt I was dealt with as an individual rather than a 'punter'. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. I didn't feel too pressured during the process which was refreshing I would also like to say that the other colleagues in the showroom were also very helpful. 1 week in and I am loving my purchase. Anna, Scott and Chris were absolutely amazing with my new car purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and they didn't stop until I found the perfect car. I picked my new Clio up on Thursday 22/09/22. We dealt with Scott Burton who we found very friendly and helpful. Scott gave us a courtesy call a few days later to check if everything was OK and that we were happy with the car adding that if I needed any further assistance to give him a call. He also kept us updated on the unfortunate delays in delivery but in the end it was well worth it. During my visit i asked to look at the engine bay and get a feel for where everything is... so glad i did as the wiper fluid reservoir was in a different place than I'd seen before (it's a good idea, but i wouldn't have known without asking or reading the manual).

The reason for the review now is because I found myself in Derby the other day on a business trip and was having an issue with the apps on my phone for the EV chargers in and around derby (I wouldn't of made it home on the remaining charge) I popped in as I knew the dealership had some chargers and the dealership manager Chris sorted out with a quick charge which was enough for me to get home safe again. From start to finish, I have dealt with Andrei Petrov who has treated me fairly and respectfully when I have been looking to purchase a car. A big thank you to Stella who walked me through my recent purchase of a Renault Clio Iconic. What is otherwise a pretty complex procedure, Stella simplified every step, comforting any concerns I had. As a repeat buyer, I strongly feel they valued me as a previous customer, and felt they looked after me and sorted me out with a great deal. The dealership is extremely well presented & clean through-out. I wasn't immediately greeted by a sales person (which I like) when I entered. Everything felt organic and I wasn't pressured into anything, or thrown any of the typical sales lines. There wasn't any psychological influence or shady sales tactics, just straight to the point with a great member of staff.

Me and the boss the lovely Mrs A have two Capturs never have I had any issues apart from 01.09.20 .
I had booked our 67 plate Captur in for first mot with the Renault service plan 8 am on the 1st sept
Got there to be told no booking was made from the call centre which was changed from the 31st aug which they later informed me they don’t work bank holidays no problem got an email to be booked for the 2nd sept so I rung up and said I can’t make it then so arranged the 1st sept 8am .
Obviously I was not happy to be told the booking was not changed from the 2nd to the 1st .
All I can say is the service team who i see first all the time at the front of house Micheal and Collette were absolutely fantastic I had the car mot and service done in 2 and a half hours.

I had been in the market for a new van for a few months, I made enquiries to three different dealerships, two of which took a long time to reply and when they did, they did not seem that interested. Then I recieved a prompt reply from Stella Fellows at Renault Derby, who took the time to discuss my needs in a new van, she then gave me various options and availability of the current stock, eventually helping me narrow down my choice to the perfect van for my needs, for which I put a deposit down. After that I was kept fully up to date when the van would be ready for collection, I had a few queries in the meantime and Stella was always very prompt in her reply and was able to answer all my queries. She understood this was quite a large purchase for me and never made me feel like just another customer. On the day of collection, I had an appointment made at my convenience, when I arrived Stella was waiting to greet me with all the paperwork and handover documents ready to go. I was booked in for the Cars Second Service problem free until the day when we were in the very bad day of storms and floods our journet from home to the Garage is normally 20 to 25mins but I allowed 45mins, this turned out a bad estimate as we were stuck on the A38 for Half an Hour and then our normal road to the Garrage was flooded and we were sent to the other side of Derby, I text the Garrage to inform them of the problem and we arrived 30mins late but this was not a problem to them they had ajusted their programme for Servicing and did our Car as planned, we were looked after in the showroom with Tea and a chat with two employers at the Garrage and the time soon passed,I am very pleased with the service and the Valeting.

I bought a Renault Captur from the Derby dealership 5 days ago. I'm generally nervous about buying new cars having kept my last one for over 10 years so find the whole thing stressful.
It turned out to be a pleasant experience. The salesman Sean Rex -Byrd was courteous, calm and reassuring, and answered all questions in a professional manner. The after sales care from Sean was equally good and I felt able to contact him with minor queries once I'd bought the car home.
The new car placed under wraps with a congratulations placard plus a bottle of wine gave a celebratory atmosphere to the whole event. So I recommend Renault Derby with no reservations.

I received an excellent detailed video from a Technician about the condition of the underside of the car. I also asked to pick the car up at 2pm , and at 2pm i got the call to say it was ready . Would really of liked to of given 5* , but dropped to 4 as they don't accept cash and at that point that's all i had on me . So i had to drive home again to pick up my card . Will know for next time .
