Found a car online. And went down, first visit was brilliant and I was happy, I was served by a trainee sales associate... The quote I had was to include warranty for 3 years and the interaction was spot on and the service 1st Class. When I got home and read up I found the warranty would not of been valid after 10 months due to milage of the car which in my opinion is just not right as I we spoke at length about what the car was for and £500 would of been spent on finance and of of been stuck with a warranty that was not for for purpose. I would have marked 3 stars but the Sales manager rescued things and restored my faith ALOT !! If the issue with the warranty had not happened it would have been a 5 star review.

We developed a fault with our 10 year old Octavia, I rang this dealership up for advice on the part I needed, they were very helpful providing me with a part number and a reasonable price for the part. After buying the parts from them direct they went out of there way to tell me step by step how to install them correctly and a diagram of the area the parts are located on my car. If I have any more issues I will definitely be calling them up first

Got my car from BSM Derby through the Motability scheme. Excellent service initially, had a long wait which was totally understandable but when we eventually got through to enquire about the wait we were informed that the salesman who had been dealing with us and had sent us a quick email each month to keep us updated had left. No contact from the new one at all and not great at returning calls. Got the car ok and was happy with it but then extremely unhappy to get a call suggesting we pay another £499 for an insurance to cover loss if the car was written off. On Motability this is totally unnecessary, we did call them and their insurers, so it makes me wonder how many people they try and pressure into buying something that is totally unnecessary, this left rather a bad taste in our mouth as we will obviously have to keep dealing with them.

Brilliantly helpful service from Jordan and the team at Skoda this afternoon. On the way into Derby an exclamation mark suddenly popped up on the display screen of our Citigo - no idea what this meant, and we were obviously alarmed. We were near the showroom, so popped in straightaway to be greeted by the very helpful Terri who came out to look and immediately explained that it was to do with the tyre pressures, and said that we should help ourselves to a hot drink while she found a technician to check the tyres.Fifteen minutes later and Jordan had checked and adjusted the tyres - no charge at all! We were absolutely delighted, thank you all, your helpful team at Skoda just made our day!

I bought a car unseen from Dougie at Bristol Street Motors Derby Skoda and got a great deal. I travelled over 500 miles to collect it and was not disappointed. The car was 6 months old and in fantastic condition as described. On collection, my trade in car had brought up an engine management light the night before but James who did the handover would not allow me to contribute to the modest cost to correct. He also ensured I was given a charging cable to use at home as this was my first PHEV. Dougie followed up a few days later and made sure I was happy with the car and the whole experience. I love the car and I would definitely travel to deal with Bristol Street Motors Skoda Derby again 😁.

We were rather anxious about doing this in covid times with not being able to test drive the vehicle or go round it like you normally would, but we were put at ease immediately by the sales team. 9.15am Monday 12th April showrooms open!!! waited weeks to see and discuss a car I had seen on line (I think it was the most expensive used car on the premises) but wanted to purchase in person rather than on line. Showroom empty of public, salespersons wandering around aimlessly BUT I have to make an appointment and return another day to discuss a possible purchase. Had three cars on my list, visited car number two at TCH Harrisons Pride Park, no problem come in and sit down and talk, as it was before Covid. Bought car number two. I understand to some extent the logic of appointments, especially if you are busy, but come on Bristol Street you guys were all sat on your #$@?× apparently with nothing to do. Your loss. I hope business has been good and that you can continue to deter customers while maintaining a viable business.

Saffron Stacey, sales person at Skoda Derby, was a pleasant young lady, and very good at her job, from me looking at the car, through the process of buying, then the hand over, I was well pleased, and would give her 5 out 5 stars

Hadn't used BSM Skoda Derby before, but would be convenient to use as visiting family. Booking in was straightforward beforehand and clean loan car (sanitised?) ready and waiting on arrival. Good Covid measures in the showroom and didn't have to wait long. 18 month old Fabia TSI in for 2nd flexible service and possible software update to remove engine management light and stop/ start error messages. Message left later on to inform that was now ready to collect. Asked for, and was given a print out of the digital service record, and was told that the updates had been carried out. I have always been used to having a check sheet or technicians video to update me on wear rates of tyres, brakes etc,. but it's as if Skoda have decided that their VWFS service plan customers can have their two (basic) services and nothing more. No follow up either from Skoda. The next day after just 77 miles, the error messages and engine light return, like old friends! I don't blame Bristol Street for this, as staff were helpful throughout, but Skoda Auto and their faulty technology! Not good after just 18 months and 14,500 miles.
