Great experience visiting Derby OOOO Showroom recently. Greeted by Aaron at the entrance, he quickly arranged a test drive for the car we wanted to see. Everything went well and just in few hours with my half we became owners of a gorgeous TT. Richard explained all the financial options and offers in case you need any car loan on purchase. We travelled more than 100 miles from London, and we did not regret for a second. Professional and friendly approach, no hidden fees and hassle free purchase. Great place lovely people.

I turned up at the dealership completely unexpectedly, I was on my way to Hilton Garage and decided to a look at a used Audi first. I certainly wasn’t expecting 10 minutes later to be taking the car out on a test drive. I was also very pleased with the fact that I was able to have a good look around the car both inside and out without the salesman in attendance and without the sales pitch getting in the way (learn from this local Ford dealership). The test drive was approx. 10 miles driving on both dual carriageway and A and B roads and was perfect to test the car in different situations and at different speeds. Jorge Ely was easy to talk to, reassuring and not the normal sales pitch, with multiple subjects being discussed and a genuine interest shown in my opinions and ideas throughout. He was very knowledgeable about the car and gave me every opportunity to ask questions about the car and the other cars that I was interested in. I left the dealership with the intention of looking at two other vehicles over the next couple of days (two other premium German car manufactures) before making my decision. However, in the end it came down to decision between the A4 or a C Class, but the Derby Audi dealership won hands down on professionalism and making me feel more comfortable with the purchase. The paperwork was straightforward with Jorge and Alex explaining everything clearly and concisely, offering GAP insurance and PCP options, however it was always going to be a cash sale. The handover was smooth, except for me not contacting the insurance company to ensure that I had cover… completely my fault. Jorge then showed me to my car which looked gleaming and a lot better than I remember it on the test drive as it now had received the full AutoGlym LifeShine treatment. Jorge spent just the right amount of time going over the new interior features such as linking my mobile to the vehicle and showing me the various features of the car but did not dwell on things he knew I would be familiar with, and I am grateful for it. I only departed once he was sure I was happy and comfortable with everything which shows real care. Overall, I have been extremely happy for the service I received at Derby Audi, Jorge Ely is a credit to the sales team and his advice, and his follow up calls have given me the confidence that I made the right decision, and I am very satisfied with the purchase I have made. I can not talk highly enough of Paul Phillips who was instrumental to me buying a TT at Derby Audi. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul and without us booking test drives, he arrange for us to test drive two different TTs within half an hour of arriving. Prior to agreeing to purchase the car I noticed a couple of minor issues with the interior and asked whether they could be fixed; it was no trouble for Paul to take photos of the issues and agree to show them to the service team. The communication from Paul between me paying my deposit to collecting the car was brilliant as he kept me up to date with how my car was being ‘prepped’ for collection as well as informing me of the documents I needed to bring in order to collect the car. When collection day arrived, Paul was great – he even put a big bow on the car! The car was immaculate and the couple of minor issues that I had previously picked out had been fixed – I was over the moon. I can not thank Paul enough for his friendly but professional approach and although there are multiple Audi dealerships closer to me than Derby Audi I would have no hesitation in driving the extra miles and returning to Derby when / if I replace my TT.

I have to be honest, I've had a lot of bad experience with main dealer parts departments, either giving ridiculous quotes (we can't really be bothered with this so let's give a silly quote and hope that they don't go through with it) or generally being disinterested in supplying parts for older cars. I'm happy to report Derby Audi is a breath of fresh air and I for once had a great experience getting hold of hard to find parts for my 20+ year old S6. Parts arrived quickly and I was kept informed. JORGE ELEY - fantastic service when I came to look at an S5, JORGE was professional and offered extensive knowledge on the car in hand. He was kind enough to let me test drive it so I could get a real feel comparing to the BMW M240i I looked at today. Unfortunately I chose the BMW as it was more me being RWD and slightly quicker. None-the-less his service was superior to the one at BMW I received when purchasing the m240i. Highly recommend for a friendly laid back service that ISNT HARD-SELLING as can be the case at many dealerships. Hopefully I will be back to purchase my dream RS5 one day :)

Not All Audi Franchises are Equal. Derby Audi are above the rest ! I've had dealings with Inchscape Audi in Stockport and Swansway in Crewe and both fell far short of a good service. However I can not praise Derby Audi / Sytner enough for how they dealt with my recent purchase and trade-in with them. Jason Coates, Chris Giglio and Norman Dennis were excellent ever step of the way and made sure the transfer of cars was a smooth one and a positive experience. I'm a very fussy person when it comes to things like this and I can not fault these guys. Highly recommended *****

From my first telephone enquiry to handover of the car today I was dealt with by Martha Baker and the level of customer service provided has been simply outstanding. I rang about a different vehicle initially that wasn't quite the right spec however Martha listened to what I was looking for and told me about a vehicle that was perfect and but hadn't yet been advertised. After searching for the right spec for six weeks I feel very lucky she picked up the phone that day. I viewed the vehicle that weekend (before it had been prepped for sale)and she dealt with a couple of queries and my somewhat pedantic concerns on some slight signs of wear and tear very professionally. Zero pressure in the sales approach and very knowledgeable. Handover of the vehicle today was great, the work carried out to the interior and alloys was spot on. Yes I paid a premium for an audi approved, 1 previous owner, low mileage vehicle but the ease of the transaction, fair price on my part ex and easy settlement of my pcp was worth the price and I have peace of mind on the standard and history of the car. So refreshing to deal with woman in a traditionally male environment and after bad experiences in other dealerships, and great to see a female mechanic in the workshop too! I hope Martha's bosses read this as she's an asset to your business! The car is also great fun, so much so I took the long route home to enjoy the drive for a bit longer.

Fantastic service Couldn’t speak highly enough of the service we received at Audi over the weekend. After having initially been told that they didn’t have anyone who could speak to us as it was appointment only due to an event they were holding, we left the showroom. Fortunately we bumped into a very lovely gentleman who was on the forecourt waiting for his daughter to return from a test drive. He asked what we were looking for and as we’d had an awful experience car shopping earlier in the day where no dealership had time to speak to us we said we were looking for a car dealership who was willing to sell us a car. A massive thank you to Cara, Lizzy and David Gladden-Porter! I booked my car in for a retrofit Sat Nav activation and was quoted £319. (Audi Nottingham wanted either £700 or £800, couldn't say for sure until they saw the car!) They also did a complimentary vehicle check which was really useful as it highlighted some serious issues with the car. I had only just brought the car from a dealer and my partner had the same concerns but they put it through an 'independent MOT' and surprise surprise, it came back with no advisory's - with bold tyres! With Audi's help I was able to get the dealer to agree to fit 4 new quality tyres, a full service ( which they said they did but clearly didn't as oil was low) and they agreed to pay for half the cost of the sat nav activation as a good will gesture. Thank you to all above, as an Audi customer I wont think twice about recommending Audi Derby, and will be back even though I live in Nottingham.

Purchased my 2013 A3 TFSI Sportback in late September and very pleased with the sales process and help from Joe and his colleagues. Last week, I took the car in because rain was getting into the car via the panoramic glass sunroof. The fault was found quickly but after a few days waiting to hear from Audi HQ, I was told that the fault was NOT covered by the warranty. Fortunately, Audi HQ and the sales team at Derby Audi agreed to split the cost between them so the repair (a complete replacement sunroof) was done free of charge. The cost to me including labour could have been £3k-£4k so I am very happy with the service received and look forward to receiving my car back in due course once the sunroof has been fitted. Thanks to Kara who I dealt with on the service team. Very polite and helpful.

I have been to Audi Derby on number of occasions: 1. To have my serviced, couldn’t fault their service. 2. To fill AdBlue, couldn’t fault their service even then, they were prompt in attending and their staff even escorted me to the entrance of the Showroom from my car due to it raining really heavily. 3. Book an appointment to get my car looked at due to start and stop system being temperamental, again spot on device couldn’t fault it. But they had a list of reason why start stop doesn’t works at time which I requested to take home with me but due to Audi not allowing them to give it out he kindly said no and explained why. But at this moment I requested to have read of it in my hand but he (Matthew, if I remember is correct) ignored my request and carried on reading it out to me, as if I would have ran away with the documentation, just a bit annoyed due to that. Hence, the reason for me giving 4 stars rather then 5 stars.

I've purchased an S4 Avant and RS5 Coupe from them previously, both of which I have been delighted with and any issues have been dealt with by the team swiftly and to my satisfaction. Emma Smith on reception is fantastic, helpful, friendly and she drives an S3 so has impeccable taste :-) and Lian who heads up the body shop team has a great team of bodywork professionals.
