I must say what a fantastic experience we have had buying our sons first car from these guys! Me and my wife were looking around to purchase a small car as our daughter was about to turn 17... We had seen a vehicle advertised on the internet at drive vehicle car garage and we decided to go and take a look, without intention of buying one and just looking around. However, when we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly chap called Jason who showed us around the car and allowed us to take it for a test drive, without any pushy sales act! We decided to head home and check out some insurance figures and think it over... the car was exactly as described, if not better! We came across a Vauxhall Corsa on AutoTrader for sale with Drive Vehicle Sales. The indepth ad and video were more than enough for us to follow up and request a viewing. From first contact, viewing, test drive and sale the experience was second to none. Jason was brilliant, giving us time to look over the vehicle with no pushy sales pitch. On the day of collection unfortunately I tested positive for covid. I contacted Jason to let him know we were unable to collect. Jason and Marianne offered to deliver the car to our house and on delivery Jason took the time to go over the paperwork and the car with my son. I went to have a look at a car today.. Jason was fantastic he took time to listen to what I needed in a car and didn't make me feel silly for asking daft questions, the cars available were of a high quality and very affordable. Bought a car from here in mid-January which has turned out to be a real gem of a workhorse. The chap who sold me the car did check the battery for me and was happy to give the car a good test drive. My negative experiences of the sale relate to seeing the car initially and paying for it. The cars are held on private land which is fine, but I was asked to wait while the car was fetched -- I wanted to see/hear it started from cold which I had to repeatedly insist on. As for paying the car, this was done via my own Credit Card much to the annoyance of the seller. I did eventually get to use it but was charged a £25 surcharge -- a practise I only found out after leaving was banned in 2018! No mention in the advert or website that credit cards are not accepted. Also be aware you are on camera during the whole sale which is fine, but a heads up before (not halfway during) the sale would have been appreciated.

Bought a car from this place first time nice n clean asked for a discount which I got but wasn’t happy when he gave it to me I took the car had it pre-Mot at my garage n it passed on evertything but the garage said it needed a new air filter as it was clogged up n the coolant level was low also a lot of rust under the tailgate which I never noticed so took it back n they changed the air filter mentioned y the coolant level was low they didn’t know why but it should hav been checked wouldent sort the tailgate rust because I hadn’t paid the full price n he said I thought u would have noticed that but he didn’t want to mention it n said we can’t sort it for u will cost £195 so I wasn’t paying that so took the car back n After bout a month the car overheated n I had it checked the Radiator had a leak so it was leaking from when I had the car that’s y coolant level was low when I first had it cost me £450 to fix n I’m not happy only problem with this trader is u only get 1 month guarantee so be careful to get ur car checked over fully I knew something was wrong when garage said water level was low I should have acted on it n tbey should hav realised it coz they had it for a while wound not buy from them again u need a 3 month guarantee really sorry but it needs to b said
