I cannot fault the service that was provided to me when I recently purchased a Jaguar E-PACE from Inchcape Derby. Firstly I was greeted by a very friendly lady on the reception desk who made me feel most welcome. She then went and got Charlotte (sales exec) who assisted me with the purchase of my car. Charlotte was very informative and thorough, her communication with myself both in the sales room and also via email was impeccable. On the day of collection I was delayed for multiple reasons and frantic that I wasn’t going to arrive in time. Charlotte and her business manager (Blake) kindly stayed behind to ensure that I was able to collect the car despite the show room having formally closed. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond that day! I would certainly recommend the service that Inchcape Jaguar Derby provide, if I could give more than 5 stars then I would!!!! Recently purchased a used F-Pace from the dealership. Very warm friendly welcome, even the dog got a fuss. My sales exec Craig was great, friendly, honest and we came to a good deal. Another fantastic service delivered by Luke, Blake and Bradley at Inchcape Derby. This is the 9th car bought with them in the last 10 years. Never had a bad service or deal.
Bradley is relatively new to the company but has proved to be another great asset to the team!
From specification selection, price/finance to delivery day, communication was faultless.
While choosing the car specifications the team has made relevant suggestions that improved the car looks and performance without impacting on the final price. This is rare! And this is only one of the reasons I keep coming back.
Their post-sale service is second to none! They go above and beyond to make sure you are well looked after if any issues arise (which is very rare). This gives me peace of mind that whatever comes, it will be addressed without fuss or delays.
I can't recommend Inchcape Derby and in particular Luke, Blake and Bradley enough.

Excellent service, better than previous experiences with JLR Inchcape (although they themselves were ok) and better than the dealer we use for my wife’s car (Porsche) where up until recently we have had faultless personal service. Holly was excellent and happy to chat and answer questions. She’s A real credit to Inchcape and a great ambassador for the dealership. The Dealership itself was really clean and smart, no clutter and no hazards. Protection for C19 was in abundance and staff were noticeably wearing masks when leaving desks. My vehicle was serviced in really quick time and without any dramas. Drop off and pick up is seamless - to the point it makes me smile how perfect and professional the procedure is whilst still giving the personal touch. Thank you for a great experience. My Range Rover Evoque was booked in to have the battery replaced. Everything went very smoothly the work was carried out and my courtesy car was provided as arranged. The member of staff that received the car that day was polite and efficient. I would have awarded 5 stars except there was a 10-15 minute delay when collecting my vehicle. This was due to the number of customers being dealt with by my representative meaning I had a longer wait than was ideal.

This was my first visit to Inchcape- I live in Aston on Trent so this is my nearest dealer. I bought my 8th Land Rover (a Velar) from Stratstones, Nottingham in March 21. I was very impressed by the friendly lady who greeted me and by the layout and cleanliness of the reception area. Richard Hastings dealt with my problem in a very pleasant friendly and efficient way and he really seemed to care about getting the problem fixed asap. He arranged for the noise to be fixed and made sure the Velar was cleaned when I came to pick it up. Couldn't be better! Other staff checked if I needed anything in the short time i was sitting waiting, as they walked by. Superb customer service and I'll certainly be bringing the Velar to you for its first service.

Would highly recommend this dealership and in particular Jason Bacon. Being in the trade I've dealt with countless sales staff and Jason is the kind that you actually enjoy working with. Straight shooter, no BS, always responsive beyond working hours and gets things done. We ended up buying two vehicles from him as it was a breeze compared to looking elsewhere. We had small warranty issues that are to be expected on used, this is normally where the sales team go silent, however Jason was the opposite, helped to get things resolved quickly and even loaned us his own LR vehicle for the day.

THE BEST SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH! We had a gentle men called Jason bacon who helped my husband find his dream car. He was outstanding from start to finish, the communication, the reveal everything was superb. He wasn’t pushy just listened to our needs and what we wanted. Well what can I say, this experience with Land Rover Derby has been the easiest and best car purchase I have ever done. The whole team deserves the up most commendation, particularly Clive, Damian & Simon need a particular mention. Clive made this journey most enjoyable, it was so easy to communicate and visit. This all collimated in a wonderful Land Rover handover experience where we got to drive a Range Rover off road to experience what the car can do, it is safe to say that these car can do everything and more that they say. First time using this dealership and like most people I don’t like leaving reviews for people or places that have done what I expect to the standard I expect…
Visited the dealership two weeks prior to get the feel of the place and the people. Very warm welcome by reception (I unfortunately can not remember her name) who pointed me in the right direction and also offered me a drink.
I was then spoken to by Harvey in service who understood what I was asking for, went through the service which I required, explained what would be done and the price. I then had to call the dealership to book the service due to their covid procedures…no problem.
This morning I turned up, was met by Gary who was very welcoming took my key and ushered me to the waiting area. They went through again what I’d asked to be done, I signed it off and went into derby for the day.
I received a short health check video from Andrew who explained everything very clearly.
I later returned to the dealership earlier than I thought, again offered a drink, sat in the waiting area until the service was finished. Harvey went through everything that was done, precise, professional, gave me all the paperwork and the invoice which for what had been done I thought was very reasonable.

I recently purchased an approved used Range Rover from Land Rover Derby and have been delighted with the service and quality of the vehicle. Having previous purchased vehicles from other garages in the past I have to say I noticed a marked improvement in both the quality of vehicle but also the care and after care. I was lucky enough to deal with Jason at Inchcape Derby and from the outset I was impressed. Jason is not a 'pushy salesman', something I dread when car shopping and invariably gets my back up, from the outset he understood my needs, was able to offer me a range of options, sat and explained them to me and was kind enough to go over them several times with me whilst i 'thrashed out' the best options for me. His communication has been brilliant and every step of the way he kept me informed what was happening with the vehicle I was purchasing. Emails were normally replied to within an hour or so which I thought was a very good time frame. Also if I needed to call for anything Jason was always happy to answer any questions I had and offer any support required. What I thought was an outstanding one step beyond was that knowing we wanted to go away to Cornwall in the new car Jason arranged to come in on his Saturday off so he could complete the car handover with me.
Since my purchase I have continued to be delighted with the car and the service I received, so much so we have returned to purchase a second car, again from Jason, I am more than confident that all of his colleagues are equally proficient but for us we'll always be happy to deal with Jason in the future, Many thanks to all.

Jason contacted me on Monday morning; drove the car over to me on Tuesday morning so that I could view and drive the car. After seeing the vehicle on Carguru's we contacted Inchcape Derby to get some other details & we did receive a prompt response. We decided, after speaking to Charlotte, to come to Derby to view the Range Rover Sport (we live about 90 miles away, so we hoped it was as good as portrayed). Once there, we were shown the vehicle and were left alone for quite some time to look it over inside & out, engine bay etc.. This was a welcome change from someone on your back, giving you the hard sell. We then took it out for a test drive but the traffic was horrendous so couldn't take it up to speed though that's no-one's fault. Upon our return we pointed out a few faults, air-con not working, a few blemishes on the bodywork, etc. However, they promised to put all those faults right and have a tow-bar fitted. Returned one week later to collect car & all faults corrected, tow-bar fitted. Luke the Sales Manager, wasn't happy with one stone chip on the bonnet & wanted to have the whole bonnet repainted. I declined his offer and, instead, asked for a set of mudflaps to be sent for me to fit, which he has promised to do. So, all in all, a satisfactory deal. Brian & Amanda Hewitt

Super friendly team, efficient. My only feedback is why do we pay for a courtesy car when servicing etc is so pricy. I understand the wait for a vehicle. I would also understand the option to pay to reduce insurance etc. But for £20 when paying so much already (which I do begrudgingly as the service and attention to details is great) I don’t understand why. Other dealerships don’t charge for courtesy cars when a paid service etc is being completed. Other than that amazing work! Have gone to these guys for couple years now and nothing is too much x

Our vehicle was packed up, serviced and dropped off, efficiently and as on previous occasions.
Only a minor niggle in that a ‘start the engine, low battery warning’ continues to appear when we switch the engine off. We were assured by two sets of your techies/mechanics when we first reported this that it was not a problem, the vehicle would not let us down and that it would be fixed with a software update when it was serviced. THis is not the case. We still get the warning…. and we continue to ignore it.

Very impressive building, receptionist was very polite, helpful and a Landrover owner as I later found out (TD300 I believe) Tia who dealt with us was very professional and wished she could have spent more time with us but was very busy. Shame about no refreshments on site after an hour drive to come to you. I have applied for a job at Inchcape in Coventry so having experienced the product from a customer perspective would be great now to do so from an employee role.

I recently purchased my Range Rover velar from Jaguar land rover in Derby. I was looked after by the lovely Harriett and I have to say the service was impeccable. I had been to 3 other land rover sites before deciding to purchase from derby and I chose this site due to the service I received and the willingness to help was just great. The site is by far the largest so there is a lot more stock to look at to make sure that your car is perfect as you can see different things on different cars. Good communication and helpful salesman. Provided all information needed which resulted in purchasing a 2nd hand discovery sport from them. However incorrect details on auto trader, push to pay on finance when it was clearly pointed out we wanted to pay in full upfront, not being able to match VW’s offer of 2 years warranty and MOT and not pointing out that prices are reviewed every Monday which can and did lead to price increase, is why I will only give them 4 stars. However really pleased with car and had a very lovely gentleman called Roger delivered the car to my home.

Visual health check completed too late in the day which meant that work could not be completed during the booked day. It appears that genuine Land Rover front discs/pads last only 9 months or 12,000 miles of normal road use before needing a service intervention at customer cost. Quality not what it once was.

Service at its best! These guys are all over Covid and social distancing, they are clearly in this for the long game and invested heavily in precautionary measures and applied some common sense too which means their ability to deliver a first class service isn’t compromised.
We spoke to Charlotte on the phone and outlined our requirements on day one, went to have a look at the car on day two and here we are on day three with the perfect car sat on driveway. After numerous calls and emails to Rob and Dominic at Stratstone Land Rover Nottingham, where we had been promised several follow-ups, prices and information we had requested, we felt a little deflated with our experience after hearing nothing back, even after repeatedly chasing. My husband and I therefore started to seek prices from Mercedes for our new car.
Given we already have a Range Rover and feel loyal to the brand, we thought we would try another dealership before giving up. We were spoken to by 3 different business managers. The first one was vey matter of fact and answered our queries. The second one contacted us about completing the sales invoice and paying. When collecting the car I was asked to see another business manager and sign paperwork. Visited Inchcape Derby on Friday for a pre-booked inspection for an issue with Suspension. the service from start to finish was excellent and all carried out in a safe Covid 19 manner. i had forgot to also pre-book a service but this was not an issue and was also carried out by leaving car with them for another day, saving me from having to come down on another occasion.
All the staff were very welcoming and the quality of service and attention i received was impressive.
