Mike Hague Doncaster // We purchased a Hyundia Santa Fe from motorhouseuk and dealt with Ash, he was very helpful,approachable and dealt with any queries we had, our experience dealing with Ash and the company as a whole was a pleasure. We had a very minor issue with the car on the day of pick up but it was dealt with in a professional way to our satisfaction and I don't consider this a minus. So we have no problem giving Ash and the company 5 star rating and we would be very happy to deal with them again, especially Ash. We are very happy with our Hyundia Santa Fe

Wow. What an amazing easy no hassle experience I have had with Shane and the team at motor house uk. The level of care and attention to detail is second to none. I've dealt with dodgy car dealerships in the past and was naturally on guard when I first enquired about the audi a3. But within seconds of the phone call to Shane I was made to feel at ease. Nothing and I mean nothing wasn't an issue to Shane. He talked me through the process step by step and it was nice not to have the feeling that I was second guessing myself. Shame had a mechanic check over the car for me and not only put a new abs sensor on the back wheel but also put one on the other side as well. I live a fair distance from motor house uk so Shane was in contact with me every step of the way. Not only am I extremely happy with my new car I am overwhelmed with the way I was treated from start to finish. It's not like I was spending a lot of money. For anyone who is taking the time to read this lengthy review you can be assured that this dealership isn't about the money like most dealers are. I have read some of the comments left on here before I called them. All I can say is that I don't judge a company based on the comments left. As comments are very one sided and you don't get to hear both sides of the story and for those reasons I don't judge as I don't have all the facts. I can only judge from my own personal experience and that's why I've left this lengthy review. I would highly recommend these guys. They have a customer for life with me.

Went to look at one car, didn't like it but there were lots more to choose from! We were looked after by Suki who from the start was really friendly and approachable. He guided us away from a vehicle that looked nice but would have been expensive to run to one better suited is that was actually a lower price. Throughout the whole experience Suki made sure we were happy, his attention to detail can't be faulted, he insisted having a small tear in the drivers seat repaired, and always available on the phone to answer any queries I had. The vehicle was ready for collection on the day he promised and we had a smooth hand over. We will definitely be back when it's time to look for the next car!

Having purchased a car from Jonathan previously I had no hesitation in returning to buy another. The car I chose had a few teething problems, which is only to be expected when buying a used car but I am more than happy on how the issues were delt with which is what's important. I was surprised to see some of the recent reviews as this has never been my experience, however, having witnessed first hand one customer enter the offices very aggressively and making threats, I can appreciate why motorhouse would rather take a more official route of complaints handling than deal with a bully directly. A change of employment left us requiring a car for my new role that needs to work for my new role and to fit towing our caravan for family breaks, after deciding what car we should look at and lots of time spent surfing the usual avenues to find a suitable car for above that also meets our budget, we came across Motorhouse uk, they had a car listed that we were looking for,i checked the reviews for the dealer and was a little sceptical, but thought lets see. on the Tuesday i emailed to ask if the car was still available to purchase (i sent this at about 5.30am) Just after 7.00am i got a reply from Suki to say it was still available. followed by a phone call at a more reasonable hour, we then had lots of communication over the next day the last one from Suki was at 20-30pm. , he agreed to reserve the car till Thursday or Friday even without a deposit,i felt these guys were willing to assist us in getting the car we needed, So we visited the dealers late on Wednesday to look at the car ( yes it was very dark,) the guys on site could not do enough to ensure our visit was not a waste of time despite the weather doing its best to wash John away in the torrential rain he moved several cars so we could take the car for a test drive. They asked what we thought and wee agreed we would buy the car, they asked if we wanted to pay a deposit (as you would expect) we said yes tomorrow when we speak with Suki, they did not push it which we appreciated, I then spoke with Suki Thursday morning and agreed the details, paid the deposit and we collected on the Saturday Morning. All we can say is GREAT PEOPLE DOING A GOOD JOB TO PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH THE CARS THEY ARE LOOKING FOR WITHOUT ANY HARDSELL. We will recommend everyone to go and see these guys. As we didn’t feel like leaving a deposit over the phone unfortunately when we arrived the Car had been sold, although this was a massive disappointment after a 2 hour journey, Shane then kindly sourced a different Juke in the same colour with the same options we wanted. 100% satisfied . i found my vw passat on autotrader it was slightly higher mileage than i wanted but at a brilliant price so i phoned up and spoke to john who described the vehicle to me ie paintwork ,service history etc . he then took it a drive to see what it drove like and called me back . he then suggested that due to my schedule and the fact that i lived some distance away , that i could have the vehicle delivered to my door and he would put a full mot on it and a service . This was all done over the phone .my vw passat arrived a day later than agreed , but as promised it was delivered to my door and all work promised was completed and ive got to say it was better than john had described ( i had been worried id made a big mistake not viewing and test driving ) HOWEVER . over the moon literally . I visited Motor House UK on 25/9/18 to view a Ford Mondeo Hybrid with my partner. After searching through autotrader and ebay for weeks trying for find one that had everything we wanted. We then drove the 130 mile round trip to Motor House and were greeted by a pleasant young salesman named Jordan who was more than happy to work out a great finance deal with payments we could afford. We left a deposit on the day and arranged to collect the car later in the week. We collected the car on the friday after the towbar had been fitted along with a great valet and paint protection. We were only given one key with the car although Jordan arranged for another to me made a posted to our house!! Great service all round would definitely recommend if your looking for reasonable finance rates and friendly staff!! Dave & Laura.
