I purchased a BMW for my husband from select motor group as a surprise birthday gift. Knowing very little about cars myself. Rav was able to help me with all the information I needed. Communication was fantastic, I was kept up to date throughout the process of the sale. Its safe to say my husband loves his new car. We have not had any issues with the car itself. We taken the car to a BMW garage for a service and inspection soon after purchase. All is good as suspected. I would definitely use select motor group again if I was looking to buy another car in the future.

ill start at the beginning, I called into select about 2 week ago and boy what an experience i spoke to a very friendly member of staff called mark. i called firstly to ask about the service history and condition. he explained that he would have to look in to the history but would get back to me, mark did this within 10 minutes. After this phone call i booked an appointment to view the car. i requested a video walk round as i am quite far away from the business. 10 minutes passed again i checked my emails there was a 3 minute video of the vehicle which showed me the exterior and the screen in the vehicle which i found most important. I then went to view the vehicle with mark after a lengthy test drive i came back in to the dealership he explain through some funding option with me i intended to pay with a bank loan but after speaking with mark and he explained through PCP option with me i chose this route as i get more protection. i drove the car away 2 days later. i would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at select of their professional and welcoming attitude even when they were busy all the staff said hello. when i picked the vehicle up it had been professionally valeted even though it didn't need it! i would 100% recommend that people buy from this dealer nothing was too much trouble. i will look forward to buying another vehicle from these guys once i need another. all the best Richard

Bought a car here. Overall a good experience. Pros: - Car was very well presented. Front and center in showroom on my arrival to view it. - Rav was polite and responsive. Gave me plenty of time to view the car alone before accompanying me on a test drive. - The car was of a high quality mechanically - A warrantied fault was fixed promptly Cons: - Price of the vehicle was on the high side - Was unable to offer a hire vehicle during warranty repairs in my case In conclusion, this is one of the better used car dealerships. Not perfect but definitely worth a visit.

Happy with this Independent dealer and will definitely come back for either a 2nd car or an Upgrade. I purchased a BMW 640D (2015) which came with a lot of extras with a very reasonable price. I personally enjoy appoitment based show rooms and cannot fault Select Motor Group for the way they conduct their Business. I had the pleasure of initially working with Rav and then was taking care by Mark. I have had the car for 2 weeks and happy with it in general. My aircon seems to not be working at all during the hot days, however it likely be resolved with the service from BMW (Regas). Other then that all is good, and would happily recommend the purchasing experience with Select Motor Group.

We turned up at Select Motor Group looking for a replacement car for my wife. We were free to wander around at our own pace with no pushy salesman, when we did want help Rav was there to look after us. We both feel that he was open and honest with us all the way through the process, from having a look, to the test drive, through to purchasing a stunning 3 series convertible. From a Covid point of view we both felt safe all the way through. Would I go to Select Motor Group again, absolutely when looking for a new car.

Seen low mileage one owner TT for sale which had very high spec on car my daughter had been looking for one for year with correct spec mileage etc. As we stay Scotland we needed to know that car was as described spoke with Rav and he gave us spec condition history of car etc, took him at his word and also after reading previous reviews was confident enough to travel to purchase car, due to current restrictions used the click collect facility as we are both classed as key workers so was able to travel from Scotland, we were met by rav and he gave us keys and left us to fully look over car on our own, the car was exactly as described and condition was better than pics and it looked good in pics, found Rav to be proffesional and pleasant to deal with, we purchesed car and drove 400 miles home to Scotland with no issues with car . I now have one very happy daughter. would not hesitate recommending garage to anybody looking for car as the cars i seen on site all appeared to be in good condition . Thanks Rav , Sandy and Nik

It was definitely worth a 3 and a half hour each way journey to go and collect our new vehicle from select motor group today, overall experience from ringing about the car to collecting it all together has be fantastic, very chatty chap that made us extremley welcome, the car is most definitely what we expected. Highly recommend if your looking for a nice warm easy welcome expierence no matter what the distance of travel, this is the place to go.
