I took my car in for a major service as the new owner, Luke and his colleagues in the Quick Lane were very helpful and patient while I described some specific issues I’d need looking at, they wrote everything down, we’re very courteous and treated me very professionally.
The work on the car was completed as requested, I had some very frank advice from Luke which I was pleasantly surprised about as in my past experiences, main dealers like to charge a pretty penny for work and parts. Very happy with the service I received and will definitely go back in future.
M. L.A rear spring had failed on my car. Luke Clarke organised a new set of springs there and then, told me to bring my car down he had a space and could fit me in. From phone call to driving my car away took approximately 3 hours. Excellent service would highly recommend.

I discovered a flat tyre the previous Friday. Needing my car to drive a fair distance on the Monday, it was a dire situation. I rang around at 8:00am on the Saturday. Halfords said they could assess the puncture sometime in the afternoon but didn't have the tyre in stock. Speedy's told me they could sort it Tuesday. With exact car tyres for my car being uncommon, I wasn't that surprised. Luke of Quick Lane said he'd take a look at the tyre ASAP and 'we'd go from there'. Luke seemed genuinely interested in sorting out another person's problem.
After arriving about 10 minutes later, I was offered a drink and despite the reception being busy, Luke quickly assessed the tyre. Turns out it was beyond fixing and a new tyre was required. Tyre wasn't in stock. After checking a database, Luke was able to locate a suitable tyre from a nearby garage. He gave me the option of going to that garage directly or attempting to buy it in and sort the problem out at Quick Lane (without change garage). I opted for the latter. Luke was then instantly on the phone buying the tyre. He even collected it himself which really surprised me. What could've been half a day of stress actually turned out to be a positive experience, an experience that took around 60 minutes in total, from making the initial call to safely driving off with the new tyre.
Faith in humanity restored.
