G. M.What you'd expect really, they offer you a lot less than the internet "guaranteed price" for any minor thing - 5 or 6 tiny dents in a 17 year old car in our case. But In the pandemic a good way to get rid of a car, when you don't want to give private buyers test drives, so we still took it. I wouldn't use them otherwise, just put it on eBay in normal times!
T. C.A painless experience really. I had some worries prior to going through the process. They emailed an initial price, told me this would probably change after an inspection. I made an appointment went through the inspection and the price was reduced in my case by about 10%. There is a fee to pay which is subtracted from the price. Everything is above board and explained in detail. I opted for a fast payment transaction which I had about £30 subtracted from my price. the money was in my account when I got home less than 30 mins later. You need to have all the paper work with you but they deal with all the administration. A good experience
