This garage changed a cambelt and water pump for me. I though the staff were really friendly and the mechanic explained everything to me in a way that I understood. He should get extra points for that:) The job itself was done promptly and the price was reasonable with no 'hidden' extras. Absolutely fantastic! My car started screeching on the A38 today. I pulled straight into the garage, nearly in tears, and left it with them while a went to the vets. By the time I got back, it was all sorted. A lot of people I know, always speak highly of this garage, and now I can! With absolute confidence I can state they are friendly, professional, experts in their field and their pricing is very, very fair. This is a fantastic garage. I have visited twice recently, once for a repair and the second time potentially for another repair but you get to a point where you are throwing good money after bad!!! The staff are friendly and helpful and when the car died its final death they offered me a great deal on a new car. I have been to dealerships for the last 8 years and I have to say that I will never use them again.....Willington garage has a customer for life.

I Would certainly recommend Willington Garage, very helpful and friendly. I have used them in the past for general service and MOT and would not hesitate to use them for anything in the future, they have only ever given sound advice about work that needs completing and on occasions where I believe work was needed or problem fixing, they have advised it hadn't rather than seeing this as a money making opportunity and could have taken advantage they didn't. Great service from start to finish.

The receptionist and mechanic at Willington Garage were both brilliant. My stupidity resulted in time being wasted, yet I was treated with respect and not charged for the time the mechanic had spent on a wild goose chase. Now that is wonderful customer service. What can i say? Willington garage went out of their way to help me when I had a big problem with a rounded off sump bolt. Ellis fixed the issue in under 15 mins and gave me some useful advice regarding the new MOT regulations that i was unaware of. I'll definitely be back in the future for servicing, and any problems that may occur. Thank you again.

Had a strange rumbling noise on the rear wheels of the VW T5 camper I had just purchased but wasn't sure if it was a bearing or the tyres making the noise. I am moving into Willington in August and thought I would give Willington Garage a go. They checked out the van and confirmed the bearings were fine and likely to be the tyres, something I had previously experienced. There was no charge for this even though they had the van for about an hour. I was advised that an m.o.t. would have given advisories on the tyres anyway so they fitted me four tyres very quickly at a very reasonable price. Even got good advice on where to eat from the girls on reception. Already booked my Triumph Stag in for its m.o.t. Very good and friendly service. Thank you.

First time using this garage and from the moment we walked in the door the staff were amazing...spoke to the lady in reception and found her really helpful and friendly and made our visit easy..we had the free health check for our car and had a call to let us know what was wrong,, as we had a few problems we thought it would takes ages to sort out but they had it sorted the same day..over the moon and the price was very reasonable..we wont go anywhere else now all in all fantastic!
