Bought an Audi Q7 here and px our car. Very efficient staff, great px valuation. We lived a few hours away but everything went smoothly. Would definitely buy from Arnold Clark again. The manager Mike was helpful and professional, as was the man that did the handover, everything sanitised and cleaned properly. We were in a rush to get the car with a baby due any minute and A.C made sure we got the car in time. The car is great and the kids love it.

Amazing service! Visited yesterday for my second year service and it was such an easy process. Dropped my car off at 8am and had a call a couple of hours later to say it was ready and I could collect it after work. They even spotted that after I had left that there was some oil spots where my car had been they came out the next day completely free of charge and fixed the issue. Smooth handover from David but disappointed that when I signed for the car the mileage was stated as 11 whereas it was actually 26 when I picked it up. I paid for £25 of fuel as part of the deal which should have been enough to get us back to Hull however as soon as I pulled out the car park the fuel warning light came on indicating I only had 46 miles worth. Clearly this is not £25 worth of fuel.

I was soon put at ease by the salesman Tom Hill who talked me through the car i was interested in. Looking for a Mokka X Elite in black with low mileage for ages. Finally one came on the market albeit 80 miles from where we live. The vehicle has 2 years manufacturers warranty and our Vauxhall garage is a mile away so distance in the long term was not an issue. Made contact with Charlotte Clements and despite my phone battery dying plus changing telephone numbers plus exchanging several emails asking several questions, Charlotte was brilliant. All my questions were answered and several photographs were sent as requested. I also received a personal video that also highlighted certain areas that I asked for. We reserved the vehicle on the Thursday and arranged to view the vehicle on the Sunday. When we arrived the car was ready, we had a drink made for us and went on a 20 minute test drive, wasn't expecting that! Charlotte again was knowledgeable, answering all our questions during the drive. We must have spent 45 minutes looking all over the car and not one pushy salesperson breathing down our neck. We agreed to purchase the car and again, Charlotte offered 'add ons' without over selling the extra's. Everything from enquiring about the vehicle to buying the vehicle was effortless. As we live 80 miles away, Charlotte offered to deliver the car to us free of charge...brilliant! The car arrived today as promised all gleaming and valeted. We have visited other car sales places prior to this, namely The Trade Centre UK and Evans Halshaw. Both have hidden costs, pushy sales people who won't leave you alone and make you feel very uncomfortable. Tonight my wife received a call from the manager at Arnold Clark to see if everything was satisfactory. Nice touch! A massive thank you to Charlotte and the team at Arnold Clark Doncaster.
