From saying hello to driving away with our new car, Roy couldn't have been any more helpful He looked after us from start to finish & got us a great deal. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to definitely check these out. Will be our first port of call in a few years when we are ready to change again

I recently bought a Renault Clio from Perry's after seeing it on Autotrader. Dan stayed later than closing time to accommodate my test drive as I was coming straight from work, which I really appreciated. The whole buying process was smooth, and although there were additional extras I could have taken with the car (extended warranty, GAP insurance etc.) I never felt pressured by the sales team into taking these. Overall, I'm really happy with the car and I feel like I got it at a very competitive price.

Perrys in Doncaster have been a pleasure to deal with from first contact to finish. Having travelled from Leicestershire to see a listed car, we were greeted by Tiffany. Her friendly, profesional manner throughout the sales process was very reassuring. All services and after sales backup options were clearly explained by herself and Henry. Tiffany also showed great composure when I backed the car not yet purchased into a steel roof support at the end of the test drive! Since taking delivery there have been one or two queries regarding paperwork, which have been anwered promptly and courteously by staff members on the telephone. Refreshingly, telephone calls have been answered within a few seconds. No Vivaldi or 'all our operatives are so very busy right now'. What is more our chosen car was presented to look as near new as possible, both cosmetically and mechanically. Very satisfied! David Tilley

I would happily recommend perrys at doncaster to anyone! I had a really bad experience elsewhere, a week before visiting perrys so I was stressed and 'sick of looking'. But as soon as i reserved the car online I got a phone call from a member of staff at perrys and was told that jayson would be looking after me- and that he did! He put me at ease on the test drive, communicated really well from start to finish and even with the follow up. Gave me lots of options and was very knowledgeable. Brought a lovely Ford from Perry's. Really happy with the purchase and would like to thank the team for such brilliant service. Considering the circumstances (not being able to have customers come through, test drive etc) they managed to build a rapport so strong with me over the phone that I abandoned a purchase with a dealership that I'd actually visited in person a day before. I enquired about the car with customer advisor Tiffany Lyons who had seen and moved the car about herself so she knew a lot of the answers to my many Q's. Those she didn't know she ran frantically around to get the info for me which I really appreciated. My concern was the distance to collect, and the inability to test drive, she quickly reassured me that delivery will be a mere £27 to me (in Leicester! Amazingly low fee) ... and that I'd have 48hrs to return the car, full refund, if anything was not as stated / wasn't a fit. Thankfully anyway the car is lovely and the delivery person was friendly and efficient. Henry Williamson organised the financial side of things and worked to find me a great quote that beat a refinancing quote my previous financer gave. Again friendly and efficient member of staff who never seemed to mind my endless Q's. He also offered related products with no pushy tactics, to suit my needs (I opted for GAP insurance since my last car was sadly a write off and first garage had never offered such a product.) Perry's GAP insurance also has an awesome bonus - forgot the official wording but I can make several claims for minor car body damage if I am unfortunate enough to get a scratch or dent). Those products that I didnt want he said "That's OK, as long as you know we have them available then I've done my job". This is a brilliant response and if my financials were better, I'd have bought all the extras just because of his approach, that's how a sales assistant should be, offering related products but accepting a rejection. I've been to others who will try scare tactics and time pressure you but I got a refreshing, reassuring feeling from Henry that I knew best for what I needed. My only sadness is that I didnt get to meet this team in person as they were lovely. But I shall surely remember them when the life of this car comes to its end (hopefully a while until then, mind!! And I'm sure a few years away having only 14,000 miles on the clock!) Thanks all, no wonder you have such gleaming reviews!

I recently purchased a 335d xdrive m sport from Perrys Doncaster, I feel the sale was handled well and I got a good deal. However after I picked up my new car I noticed a few areas that I felt needed attention. Yes perhaps I should’ve been more vigilant and careful when checking the car before signing on the dotted line. After contacting the branch and some constructive dialogue with the new used car sales manager my car was booked in for the work to be carried out. They even did a little extra, shortly before taking the car in a headlamp bulb blew. They changed it at no charge. I would definitely recommend you give them a chance. One last note this was done during some major changes at the branch and coronavirus restrictions.
