Went to Grashion Automotive to view a Mercedes E Class after a really terrible experience with one that we bought from another garage. I was very tentative about buying another car but I have to say that straight away Clark put us at ease by saying that we should have a good look around and leaving us to it. He didn’t hover or spend his time trying to sell us the car but let us look in our own time. He answered any questions we asked and sorted the car so that we could test drive it. I had a car to part exchange and he gave me a really good price for it. There were a couple of bits that I wanted sorting on the E class, he arranged for them to be sorted and on the day I picked the car up they had been done. The only thing that wasn’t sorted his brother Antony assured me would be done and that is in the process of being done. I couldn’t have had a more different experience with the Grashion brothers than at the other garage. They are honest, helpful and trustworthy. I would highly recommend using their garage.

To start off if I could give Grashion Automotive Solutions 10 out 5 stars if that was possible, Clark and Tony (the owners) are extremely helpful and provide the best outcome for any customer given the many years they’ve worked in this industry. Coupled with their diligent approach to helping customers the supporting staff at this lovely little company are polite, approachable and very helpful. It does not matter which member of staff you approach you will always receive the most helpful assistance. When I bought my car from Grashion Automotive Solutions I made sure I thoroughly looked around the car and any issues I had (which weren’t many) Clark and Tony assured all would be sorted prior to the pickup date… this instruction was met perfectly. I have owned the car I bought just over a month and still can’t believe I managed to get the car for the cheap price listed on the advert, this company would battle individual sellers for better prices never mind that big corporate garages. Overall, I simply cannot stress enough how I would never go to any other garage for a car, if you are looking for honest sellers, reliable cars and the best service… Grashion Automotive Solutions is the place for you.

Tony and Clark were both big helps when buying my car. Due to covid, I was worried about how hard it would be to sort testing out and purchasing a new car - wanting to make sure I could test drive and see it for myself before making any big decisions. Tony was quick to reply to my query and arranged a test drive with ease. I loved the car, which was in great condition. I came back the next day and spoke with Clark who had the car ready to drive and between cheerful chat and the paperwork, the car was mine within 20 minutes! Quick, painfree and pleasant car buying experience without all the silly add-ons! Tony and Clark clearly love what they do and were very helpful. Thank you!

After buying a BMW 1 series which was a very good but wasn't right for me from Grashion I returned unhappy, although this was no fault of their own they made it their mission to make me happy and get me in a car I liked. I was once again astonished at the service I received and how Tony, Clarke and Paul could not do enough to help us. I feel that not only their service is second to none but also their prices on cars and part exchanges are fair and competitive and the cars they choose to stock are in excellent condition. Absolutely first rate. I came through Sunday morning to view an Audi tt and met Clarke, he was extremely professional but also very friendly. He let me take the car for a test drive on my own so i didn't feel at all pressured,loved the car and bought it within half n hour. To be truthful if i hadnt of chose the Audi i could of drove off in half a dozen more,really good stock of quality cars. Would highly recommend to everyone and again thanks for a great car.

Bought a Dodge Caliber from George. Traded a Mazda in against some welding required for the Caliber. Excellent customer service. Very professional team. Had rear discs and pads replaced (unsafe to drive) after a week without any hassle from them. I've had the car a good three week now and very pleased. Found these guys highly recommended. I am very pleased with the Citroen C5 purchased from Grashion. Tony was very helpful when I came to view, there was no pressure what so ever. When I collected my car it felt as though I had purchased a brand new vehicle the way I was treated. The car was waiting for me and looked fantastic. It was unfortunate that the emergency tyre repair kit was not in the car and had to be ordered and also a new service record book had to be ordered and sent for signature, these two items should have been checked before delivery. I would recommend this garage to anyone and they do a very nice cup of coffee.

A small used car company who are big on customer service, friendly staff without the pushy sales talk. Even though the salesman was busy with another customer on our arrival he came straight over introduced himself and pointed us to the car we had arranged to view. We were left to check out the whole of the car without anyone breathing down our necks. The second salesman who we later found out was the business owner came to check we were alright answered our questions and then left us to it again. Never had a more stress free experience when buying a car. 5* for friendliness and 5* for customer service. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

They did everything to try to sort out the problems with the car . Have been looking for a used car in Doncaster for the past three weeks, we finally found what we were looking for which just happened to be around the corner at Grashion's in Kirk Sandall - Tony was very helpful, added no pressure to the sale and very polite - the car, a Renault Clio for my wife was immaculate, runs well and looks great. After months of looking at Volvo V60's I spotted one on the Grashion website that had the engine, spec and colour I wanted and it was in immaculate condition as I could see from the excellent website pictures - keep working that camera guys. For me living in Belfast it was a long way to go just to look at a car never mind buy it, but after talking to Tony over the phone I knew I wasn't dealing with just another car dealer but someone who cared about making sure customers left happy. Within an hour and a half at the showroom I had test driven the car and bought it. I had to drive back up to Scotland to get the ferry back to Belfast via Cairnryan and it was the perfect road trip in my new car.
