I just purchased a used Honda CR-V from JCT600 Approved at Doncaster. As I live a large distance away, I first discussed the car details with Andy at JCT600, who was excellent at communicating the information & was really friendly & not at all pushy! I left a deposit then travelling up by train to view the car in the JCT showroom. The atmosphere at the showroom was great - I was given as much time as I needed to inspect the car which was better than I expected, & again Andy was very helpful with no sales pressure! I’d happily buy from Andy again.

We travelled 60 miles each way to come and collect this beauty! I picked up my new to me 2019 Mini JCW having dealt with Kieran and Andy. This is the first time I have paid for a car having not seen it first so I was a little nervous. Reviews were good on line and Andy and Kieran were, straight talking and came across as very genuine. So today I picked up the car having travelled up by train from London. I have to say it was an easy transaction from start to finish and The car was as described. I noticed a small door dent on the passenger rear quarter which they had not noticed and immediately their dent man was sent for and came over to sort it. It was a nice touch it being in the showroom with a welcome sign for me. Car was clean inside and out and had a full tank of fuel. It really was just a case of shaking hands sorting out the registration and tax and driving home. The warranty information was in my inbox before I had left the showroom. The 210 mile drive home revealed no faults, and I can tell I am going to enjoy this car. Not only that I was seeing over 40mpg on the way back. Based on this experience I can highly recommend Kieran, Andy and JCT 600.

I purchased a new Land Rover Defender from distance, not once stepping in the showroom and what a great service from a great team, I can not fault the communication nor customer service from everyone I dealt with whilst purchasing my car. Chris Hartley could not do enough and Neil Smith was always on hand to answer any questions or provide vehicle specifics. Buying a vehicle can be rather daunting especially without even seeing it. I will certainly be using there services in the future and its a shame I cannot take my vehicle there for its maintenance upkeep as my local dealer is poor in comparison.
